Ah okay. That makes it quite an interesting technique.

Simple it's a technique that forces the target to have a accident in their pants. A sound is produced that is very low, so low that a human cannot hear. This technique can affect the user as well, so they channel sound chakra to the same area and around the body thus not being affect by it. The sound is released via of the users mouth.

I assume the sound waves can just be released in normal talking? Don't need to yell, roar or scream.
