-I gather a huge amount of suiton chakra into the large water source, then I create one thousand sharks that make a wall formation that will rain down on your clone attacking him and destroying him in a mere second.-​

Pros:
1. Creates one thousand water sharks that rain down, that is a lot of power.
2. Could be used as a shield.
3. Can the sharks regenerate?

Cons:
1. Must be Kage in posts to use this.
2. Requires a huge water source to use.
3. The target has to be standing on the water source?

I'd say they can't regenerate, because it already needs so much water. If you're standing on an ocean, that's a different question, but you'd have to keep on channeling chakra in to the technique.

1. S-rank so can protect your from most fire if not all fire techs.
2. Fast tech, pretty much gets created instantaneous.
3. Can it be used as a small water source?

Cons:
1. Lighting based jutsu could hurt the user, since the pillar is being release from your mouth, could cause major damage.
2. Doesn't do any damage since it's only for defense.
3. Not to sure for a third con. :\
