Were K11 high Chunin - low Jonin in part 1?

I know at first it seems like the answer is absolutely not, but consider the Sasuke retrieval arc. The Sound 4 in Stage 2 Curse mode beat 2 Jonin, mid tier probably, making 1 of them in stage 2 roughly = to low jonin. Choji beat his opponent in stage 2 and he arguably could be called the strongest of the 4, he was definitely the powerhouse. Kiba, Neji and Shikamaru were able to fight well against their stage 2 opponents as well despite needing saving. I would say these ones at least were high chunin level even back in part 1. And Lee, when drunk was too much for Guy to control according to Guy himself so that would place drunk Lee at high jonin level in part 1.

He says even a sip and then Lee drinks a whole bottle, plus he said when I recovered which makes it seem like Lee knocked him out even if it happened because he caught Guy by surprise he still stunned him. And the last panel says in a stance even Guy fears. Not to mention Lee was able to stand against two of Orochimaru's intended vessels, that alone says something.

Neji, Shino, Lee (Full health), Shikamaru (but he seriously lacked variety and power in jutsus but made up for it with his wits) were High Chunin. Choji and Kiba were Low-Mid Chunin in combat but lacked the intelligence and experience of one (Choji needed his pills to equal one). Rest weren't (not counting Sasuke and Naruto obviously).

Rest was high Chuunin, I mean c'mon, Chuunin are shit anyways.

Sasuke and neji were Low jonin level, but they're geniuses. The rest were all regular chunnin. Naruto had kurama's chakra which elevated his skills.

Naruto = jonin. His summonings, learning rasengan and defeat of the shukaku cement that.

Sasuke = jonin. Curse mark level , fire style + chidori and 3T sharingan.

Sakura = chunin. She's got the sense but not the ability.

Shikamaru = chunin. His intelligence and stratgizing cemented his promotion, but he's too weak at this level.

Ino = chunin. Same as Sakura

Choji = chunin. Food pill assist and attitude helped him beat Juboro

Lee = jonin. He could out fight pretty much anyone with the rank of chunin in the village. 13 years old and 6 gates? Come on.

Neji = jonin. Genius, KKG, prodigy. He could easily solo Mizuki, Iruka, Izumo, Kotesu (the Chunin fodders)

Tenten = chunin. Me being generous, since I think Guy does more to educate his students than Kakashi did.

Kiba = chunin. Strong jutsu but there is a glass ceiling to his abilities.

Hinata = chunin. She's essentially a weaker Neji. She can probably outfight most people, but she's still too timid to lead.

Shino = chunin. Has good sense, but doesn't have the jutsu for jonin.
