The style allows one to focus fire element chakra to certain body parts, and even in some cases the entire body, in order to deliver heat damage on impact with a target. The use of this fire chakra will also increase the strength of ones punches and kicks. Users affected limbs will take on a slightly different appearance emitting bright red flames.

I grab the boulder and ties it onto my back by having a rope around and I lay my back onto it and it around my waist. I get up and starts running up the mountain. I past a few animals whie running up the mountain. I then turn around once at the top. I run back down the mountain and notice Roku-sama and Goro-sama with Cali-sama beating up a noob. I finally reach the bottom and does this two more times each. I stand in front of you with sweating coming down my face but still able to stand up.

Not bad youngling your power will drastically improve after here my boy,now while practice the defensive ascpets of the style.This will tone your body to take hits like a boss

*Takes the boulder off my back and stretches. I then get in a stance where my right foot is straight forward and my left leg is back. My arms are to my side*

As the astral projection stands looking in the face,he begins formimg the Rasengan in his hand,but as he does this he adds his Fire Affinty into the chakra sphere.He then runs full speed at crashing it into your stomach but instead of letting you fly away he quickly shifts his weight to his side making him hurl you upwards slamming in the ground.

*my natural reflexes kick in when Cali launches the Rasengan at me but I stand still and not move a muscle. I take the whole attack and gets smashed into the ground losing but gaining my breath back. I hold my stomach and one eye close. I stand up looking at Cali with a smile. I stand straight up and my eye open back up and I let go of my stomach*

*As Cali releases his Rasengan towards me, I launch towards him while channeling a really large amount of fire chakra into my right fist. My fist start glowing and fire surrounds it like a forest on fire. I release the fist towards the Rasengan in the hope to cancel out the Rasengan with my fire chakra. I hit the rasengan and they both equal out in power and me and Cali blow back from the explosion of two equal fire attacks hitting each other. I raise up holding my hand but it isn't hurting for some reason.*

You just learnt the basic punch of my CFS without having to get burnt due to the previous training before.Now that you have the basic punch down lets try the kicks.I need you to channel your chakra into you feet and lick down that near by tree setting it ablaze.Then you will do the same for my clone.Goodluck!*poof clone appears waiting*

*I stand in front of the tree and and starts channeling my fire chakra into my feet. I have the fire chakra more dense and surround my feet set them ablaze but the fire doesn't harm me at all. I then do Dynamic Entry towards the tree with my right foot forward. I smash into the tree making awhile releasing the fire onto the tree but the flames stay on my foot also. I do a roundhouse kick to the tree while in the air still with my left foot setting the whole tree completely on fire. I land on the ground and the grass starts burning and I launch myself at the clone and channel fire chakra into my hands and does a right hook to the ground and grabs down and does a spin with my legs out hitting the clone sending him flying away setting on fire. I jump off my hands and release all the fire chakra into a wave of fire around me. I stand up looking at SF senpai*
