Weirdest encounter with a Naruto fan?

I remember this one time in college we were having a party, and this guy i really hated because he bullied me when i was a freshman came wearing a Naruto shirt. Of course, straight after that we started becoming friends but he was a Sasuke fan and believed any version of Sasuke could defeat any version of Naruto..so there were always the 4 hours- 5 hours long argument. XD

Well i did usually win the argument in the first 2 hours, so i guess the other 2-3, he was...releasing some of his anger out on me...

Mainly when I was in Facebook just browsing and I got an invite to a group. It was about anime lovers in my country and all the discussions were all about anime. And in one discussion I took part in, I realised how they were talking about how they understood the manga of Naruto. It was about the time when Naruto and Sasuke got the Rikudou power. And they were heavily discussions and found out how the moon is very similar to the Uchiha crescent and the sun sign to the Uzumaki sun. Having understood that way back, I was surprised how little they knew the symbolic of the manga and just watched it for the power levels and the action, not really understanding the deep meaning it has within it. I was just...surprised.

Most I've seen were probably people wearing forehead protectors in public, also, not really an encounter but I was surprised to see Naruto's seal tattoo in my tattoo artists' portfolio, and he is a serious kind of guy who usually does all these traditional style tattoos.

I encountered a guy on NDS who said he was a fan of Naruto and later on in another post said Naruto could go die in a hole if he wasnt so important for Hinata.I was like :|

Same here. Especially that many people wouldn't expect me to be an anime fan. Lol
