Weird background?

Has anyone else noticed the weird Ichihara background...it blocks almost everything to me on my phone unless I zoom in very far and I can't go on the forums on my comp because I can't read it with the background in the way
Anyone else having this problem? Or is it something I did by mistake on my profile?

if you mean the regular banner, then yes. after my phone loads, everything disappears and only the banner is visible. however, this is not NB's fault, its just the phones

It also shows a picture of Gogeta in super sayin form near the top underneath the baritone base forms sign
