So, you're the one to be getting the tough weight training? Ok. Before we begin, theory. What is this training and what do you think you'll get from it? You do know its a long process right?

Yes, I know its a long one. In this training you'll put special seal applied weights on my legs, which will be extremely heavy. So in beginning I will have trouble walking properly, running etc. All the efforts made by my legs will lose half their potential. But after they'll stay on my legs for quite some time (a month), I'll get used to it and thus, will be able to walk/run/kick with my normal speed again. So after getting used to them, when the weights will be removed, my legs will feel as if the burden is removed and will be able to run with twice my raw speed. Not only that but it will also boost my kicking speed to twice.

I will be continuing your training, if that's okay with you :)
When someone is not used to weights, and weights are applied to their body, they have trouble handling the weight. But after some time it comes in habit and they get use to it. And when the weights are removed, they feel as if the burden is removed from their body, and since they were adapted to it, they can move with very fast speed.

and sure, I'll be glad :p

Ok, sorry for this, but I'll be taking over from here as Lili asked me to.

I put down a wooden dummy as I arrive on the training field. "Phew, the thing weights a ton.."

So.. before I'll put on your leg weights, I need to tire you a bit. This will help the leg weights calibrate to a lesser weight, enabling you to actually move with them. Otherwise they would be too heavy. The leg weights are a set of 2 ankle weight sets, engraved with a sealing formula. That sealing formula is filled with Doton chakra to make it so that it can increase the weight of the leg sets. But the sealing is dynamic. This means that we can start with a lower weight in the beginning and with a heavier one when you're fully trained. Your leg weights will start at roughly 50kg, mine are already around 300kg or 400kg each and yours can be too after some time. It may increase more or less to achieve the desired effect as there are stronger and weaker ninjas, hence the dynamic part of it.
So now, to tire you a bit, please do a set of 10 consecutive, taijutsu moves onto the dummy. This can both be free style and cannon.

I start warming up by jogging and etc, after which I dash towards the dummy, jumps in the air and gives a 360* kick, right on the face. While I fall on the ground, I do a sweep kick on the legs followed by an simple right-hand upper cut, on the chin of the dummy. Without any time lag, I jabs him on the left lower part of the chest and perform a 3 punch combo on stomach. Taking a back flip while kicking on chin, I generate enough power in my right hand to break the guts of the dummy, which throws him away a little. I then run towards his position and upon reaching there, I perform a simple but powerful guillotine drop on the chest.

I stand firm, hands in pockets, looking at clouds while I realizes that your dummy needs more beating, so I again dash towards him, and punches him at nose while sweeping my legs, making him to fall, and drilling him in the ground by kicking him strongly. Pulling him up by use of the collar, using kick I strike him at the stomach throwing him in the air, and while he falls, I give a powered punch to him, breaking his titsy bitsy.

I'm tired.. *pants* *pants* ._.

*Noctis laughs.* You think that that is heavy?! They aren't even activated yet! Noctis performs one handseal to activate the leg weights which immediately start to calibrate to your strength.

Try to move a bit now. As you will notice, this is quite difficult for you. You currently get restricted by the weights that should be around 20kg each now. You should be capable to move around a bit. So how do you feel?

I never said they're heavy ._.

Just after the activation, I feel as my legs are pulling me towards the ground. I can feel the gravity. But not caring much, I try to move my legs, even if hard, I move them. Step by step, I increase the speed of my legs movements. And after some time I'm able to move with little bit slower than my original speed. Still feeling heavy but I try my best to adapt to them.

It feels cool sensei..!!

You looked like they were heavy!

Anyway, return to me after a month! Make sure you practice with your weights before then because you don't look charming yet if you walk like that. Do be careful not to hurt yourself thought!




What you will do now, is update your bio. You'll put that you have weight training, and put in the weight technique. After it gets approved you will do three battles where you will use your weights to practice with them. After you've done that and a month has passed from today, you will link me this thread and we will advance to the next part of the training.
Until then you cannot drop the weights technique.
