So, you're the one to be getting the tough weight training? Ok. Before we begin, theory. What is this training and what do you think you'll get from it? You do know its a long process right?

Yes, It's me only.

This training basically focuses on increasing my raw speed through the medium of intense and at the same time creative way of training in which we use heavy weights and will strap them around my leg and thus increase my leg's muscle power and after completing my training I will be able to run at much greater pace in comparison to someone of my rank, I do know it takes a lot of time to get used to those weights hence it's a long process.


I have changed my bio to my other bio as I was in a bit of a doubt when I made the thread but I am sure now so please excuse this small mistake ^_^

The effects will be caused because as time passes and I do my regular exercises and training with those extra weights on my leg, I will start to get used to them and slowly my leg muscles will start to develop and as a result my speed will gradually start to grow and I will be able to do all the stuffs like running and exercises at equal pace which I was able to do before I was quipped with weights and my leg muscles will also develop greatly and when I will take out those weights my leg's will fell a lot lighter and due to strong muscles I will be able to run at a much greater pace.

I need to ask you to pay more attention and care to both how you write and what you write.

This training will put more strain on your legs so much so that upon completing it, everytime you drop the weights you'll get a massive boost in your RUNNING SPEED as well as the power of your kicks. However, without dropping the weights, you won't receive any kind of additional power or speed or anything other. Like you said, the muscles on your legs will develop and you'll become stronger so much so that with the leg weights on you'll move completely normally compared to another ninja of your rank, with your training. But when you drop them, your running speed will be increased to twice its normal value. Its important to be precise when talking about speed because one thing is to make you faster, another completely different is to make you run faster. Making you faster means you'd do handseals faster, react faster, punch faster, etc etc. Running faster means you...well, run faster. Its very very important to be precise in these issues as many others.

Right! Now, before we proceed i need to test your taijutsu skills. See if your good enough to use the weights. If you are not, you'll simply end up killing yourself or injuring yourself beyond repair. So, face these *9 wood clones rise from the ground in front of you in a straight line* and attack them. Perform 9 taijutsu only moves as if you would against a real opponent.

Clone 1.

I start by moving forward my right leg in the direction of your clone following up by my left leg and quickly start to sprint towards your first clone at great pace and when I am about to reach him, I bend a little to my left so that I can bring my right shoulder in attacking position and stuffen my right hand shoulders muscles so that I can inflict more damage to your clone and deliver a jolting attack of my shoulder on your clones chest and as the strike is done on the left side of chest where his heart is located his movements become slow and he suffers a setback too because of the sheer power of the strike and as he is send off balance and is struggling to stay on his legs, I move my right hand in an arc pattern and land a blow on left hand side of his jaw which may cause displacement of jaw, induce great pain and may result in unconsciousness also and he is sent flying towards his right in an unconscious manner

Clone 2.

After dealing with the first clone, I start to sprint towards your second clone and as soon as I am about to reach him I slow a tad bit down though I don't completely loose my momentum and using my right hand with a closed fist, I land a furious blow on the stomach of your clone which may result in sudden out pour of blood from his mouth and a great push too which sends him flying backwards and the power of the impact is only increased due to my initial momentum, I then follow his trajectory and jump towards him and as he is trying to get back his footing back I using my left leg to strike him in the right section of his torso and the kick happens in an arc pattern so that I am able to gain more power while striking him and due to the sheer impact of the strike your clone is sent flying to my right with a real bad wound at his torso area and a bleeding mouth.

Clone 3.

After reaching in striking area of your third clone I charge my right leg forward and strike him on his stomach using it and because of the sheer power of the strike he is sent a couple of yards back from his initial position while suffering from pain and agony and also blood starts to drip out of his mouth, I then pursue him further by approaching him and perform a mid air spin to confuse him and attack him in that one swift motion on the center of his chest so that he is not able to breathe properly and because of this his reflexes slow down and taking advantage of that I start to land multiple strikes on his right left shoulder and stomach using my hands and this all is done in one rapid motion just like in a boxing match and may cause dislocation of the affected limbs, I then initiate my last punch by using my right hand and strike him on his lower chin area using a closed fist and send him flying in mid air while he suffers great pain and a blurred vision and not to mention all the previous attacks add to that pain and then I watch him falling down in an unconscious manner.

Clone 4.

I walk toward your fourth clone and once I achieve a proper stance, I charge my right hand forward and strike him on his nose area and because of the sheer power of the strike may cause the bone to snap and even cause instant death if the bone enters the brain area and punctures it, I just to make sure of his death land a severe blow using my left hand on his left side of chest right above the heart are which will cause him pain and agony if he has survived the previous attack and will also deliver a great set back too him and may result in breaking of rib cage and by this time he would be on the verge of death if not already dead and as a final strike I perform a right upper cut using my hand and hit him on his lower chin area completely dislocating it and send him flying in mid air.

Clone 5.

After reaching to your 5th clone, I charge my right leg forward making it rise in a horizontal patter and deliver a high kick on his lower chin are and send him flying into mid air the strike will result in pain and agony and may even cause blurred vision to a certain extent, I then jump into mid air and follow his projectile motion for a while and when we reach at an appropriate height, I land a devastating blow using my right hand on his chest which causes him great pain and agony and gradually blood starts to drip out of his mouth and may cause internal injuries to intestine area and due to the sheer power of the strike he is sent downwards with great pace and gravity adds to the speed too and as he land's on the ground in a rather unconscious manner, I then land leg first on his chest and make him suffer more pain and agony.

Clone 6.

After sprinting towards your 6th clone I slow a tad bit down to gain a proper stance and once I achieve it, I then start to spin in clockwise direction and as I do this I provide my right leg with sufficient amount of momentum for the strike to be more deadly and as I complete half oh the spinning action and now face opposite to your clone, I jolt backward my right leg performing a back kick using it and strike him on the left hand side of his chest because the sheer power of the strike your clone is sent flying into the mid air with a broken rib cage and in the worst scenario a punctured heart and is not able to breathe properly and thus on the verge of death.


Clone 7.

After getting an appropriate position I stretch my left leg out and jolt it forward your clones chest and strike him on center of the his chest then I quickly spin and use my right leg to attack him again and this time I land a strike on the lower part of his chest both these strike will result in pain and agony and may even cause a blurred vision and as he is sent a little backward due to the sheer power of the strike, I jolt a little forward and follow the same procedure again and enhance his pain and agony which he is already suffering from, I then charge a little forward again and this time around I use my right leg to strike him on the lower part of his chin does sending him flying in mid air in an unconscious manner and great pain.

Clone 8.

I start by moving forward my right leg in the direction of your clone following up by my left leg and quickly start to sprint towards you clone at great pace and when I am about to reach him and my leg's are within the range to inflict damage to him, I start to slow down my pace and stop in a position in which my left leg is stretched out ward to provide me with support while my right leg being a little back of my waist and comes jolting towards your clone in an small arc patter and I hit him in the side of his left knee which should result in displacement of bone and as I am done hitting him in the knee my leg comes a little backward due to the recoiling force and then I again charge it towards him and this time hitting his stomach which can cause severe damage to his intestine and should make blood to flow out of his mouth and then with one more swift action I land a strike using my right leg on his lower chin area and send him flying into the mid air as he get's unconscious due to multiple attacks and mainly due to the last strike.

Clone 9. [Dynamic Entry] xd

I start by moving forward my right leg in the direction of your clone following up by my left leg and quickly start to sprint towards you clone at great pace and when I am about to reach him, I slow a tad bit down to get an appropriate position and then I stretch my right leg out and use my left leg to provide me with the lift and I land a perfect straight kick on your clones chest while shouting

DYNAMMICCC ENNTTRYYY

This in turn causes him pain and agony and sends him dragging a little backward and then I again approach him and follow the same procedure again and strike him on his chest again and thus enhance the degree pain and agony he was suffering, I then again showing any signs of redemption, I again follow the same procedure as he is sent back and this land a deadly blow on left of his chest and completely break his ribcage because of continuous strikes and the broken bones enter his heart area and puncture it.


Seriously 9 clones O_O, well I made all the move as real as I can with all the blood and pain part though I know clones don't bleed but still it is more realistic this way as clone will probably poof from the very first attack.

It should prove challenging but not impossible to move right now. Basically, you should be feeling the restriction of the added weight but still be capable of moving. I think its about 20kgs each right now. How do you feel?

The sealing formula is used to, through the use of chakra, increase the weight of the leg weights to the desired level. The seal can't be applied to anything other than the leg weights and its use is restricted to its original purpose. One can remove the leg weights but the sealing technique in them stays active indefinetely and can't be released. Additionally, the Leg Weights and their unique seal calibration makes them only usable by the ninja to whom they belong. They can't be sealed or stolen.

*As soon as the weight's are activated, I feel a sudden downward force acting on me, It becomes hard for me to easily move my leg's but by applying some extra effort I slowly start to walk across the field, I start to take round of the field and slowly increase my pace as I am getting accustomed to it slowly-slowly.*

Sensei, I feel bit heavy in the below part of my body and although I am able to walk with it but it is still not all that much confortable for me.

Right! now, return in one month and be sure to practice during that time. You'll get better the more you practice with them. Be careful not to injure yourself though.

In one month, link me this thread and we'll advance to the other part of the training. In the meanwhile you need to do 3 official battles with the weights on that you'll link at that time, mimicking what would happen in the manga where the ninja would train/fight using the weights to gain experience. Until then, you can't use the drop weights technique ^^ cya in one month.

However, this boost in strength and speed is completely nulified when releasing the EIG or when using any kind of movement speed enhancement technique or weight manipulation technique; they don't add up on each other.

I go and open my weight's from my leag and starts to sprint through out the field.

Good, good. Once you release the leg weights, your running speed becomes doubled, and subsequently, your leg related taijutsu is increased as well. This works due to the weights being heavy to first slow you down and over time, your body gets used to this extra weight and you begin to move at normal speed while they are present and on. Once you remove them, your legs, now strengthened from the weights, are capable of moving at double the original speed and from becoming stronger, are able to do stronger kicks.

As I see you approaching me, I quickly get my guard up and stretch my right leg outwards while getting a little low on my knees, so as to get in a stance which allows me more mobility, I then see you rushing forward to strike me in my handsome face ._. [no one can mess with my face :scorps:], so I quickly get low on my knees as you throw your right leg upward to strike me and perform a sweeping action using my right leg, this throws you off balance and leaves you at my mercy.

I just now defeated an EIG master :scorps:
