No it doesn't, if bills could theoretically travel at MFTL speeds he wouldn't need to be in touch with him, nor would he need his help, we clearly see whis putting his hand on bills and then FTL travel, he if he really could, he could've done individually, this happened in the movie, first from bills temple to king Kai's, then from earth to back to his temple, clearly in these three sequences we see whiss making contact with whiss, and then travel FTL with his staff.

That is no evidence, unless people can judge, and consider ur evidence plausible, the worst part is u made a thread about it and got no sorts of positivity by any means, ur only using a soundtrack to define the characters overall ability, it doesn't work that way, no one is
truly indestructible unless ur omnipotent. (There are some characters in fiction who aren't non omnipotent but can be) and in my case, superman has stated multiple times that his body and his is invulnerable and indestructible, while in bills case, nothing of such was said. So your evidence is without any legit basis. It's a fallacy.
