izanagi happens auto when you die, you dont choose when it goes into effect

How is this true? if it were true shishuis eye would have activated it's izanagi for danzo and he would have had no need to destroy it and would not have lost to sasuke.

Anyways weakest kage? hmm. i'm gonna say one of the mizukages. not sure on the number. For all who say tsunade is the weakest,think for a second she is practically invincible(auto regen) as of this moment with super strength.

im gona go with the third... he is the closest to just a high ranking jonin with some exeptional skill... every other kage has an outrages special technique, kg, or bijuu at some point in thier life ( some had special jutsu's and a bijuu)... yes i no ppl would like to say tsunade, but she has proven very smart in running a country and her healing jutsu's, summoning jutsu, and fighting prowess is actually very strong, and in a one on one battle that healing jutsu has quite a time limit on it.... danzo was not considered a hokage has never actually took up the role, it was still in processing when he died... and as for mei... i m thinking she has a lot more up her sleeve than wat ppl want to give her credit for... also yes i no of "the professors" background and jutsu knowledge...

Your both kidding right? Tobirama created Edo Tensei, Has S/T ninjutsu said to be on equal with Minato's and can create huge bodys of water out of nothing. He is not one of the weakest, but one of the strongest.

In terms of battle prowess, Tsunade is the weakest of the Kages we have actually seen fight. Sure she can heal herself, but that wastes a lot of chakra. She is also one of the slowest Kages. You can't kill someone if you can't hit them.
The only person she may be able to beat would be Mei or Gaaras dad.
