how was he not officially a kage, he went to the 5 KAGE'S summit an wore the HOKAGE hat an was representing the leaf villiage as the hokage. If that doesnt make him hokage i dont know what does :shrug:

Between A and the 4th because we didnt see much jutsu from him and A almost got engulfed by amaterasu and killed himself by sasuke because he is so hastey.

no A could probably beat gaara cause the lightning can get through the sand like the chidori an he's the fastest ninja alive so if rock lee an sasuke could get past so can the fastest ninja alive.

An minato looked like he could beat A when the fought for that little bit cause bee kinda saved him, an minato didnt even look serious.

I think he got triple teamed by Orochimaru, Kabuto, and Kimimaro(healthy i think) He wasn't that weak. Kimimaro proved to be pretty tough against sand users and considering that 4th Kazekage uses similar techniques to Gara, who nearly got killed, he was at a big disadvantage. I think its a tie between him and Tsunade... sure medical is good but at the moment... her feats isn't all that. Unless they plot no jutsu in a Slug Sage mode

and besides i think that mizukage is the weakest kage,..i dint see much of her in the war and there fight with madara she has no big role,..it's not like she is not helping but considering how other kages are shining she is not...

I was just correcting that guy's mistake. And actually if you go back you will see that there were like a dozen dead bodies around them. Oro might be strong but he can't take out a kage plus a ton of bodyguards by himself.

Anyway my point is that he didn't get triple-teamed, Oro's side was way out numbered and still won easily.

Anyway I would say that one of the two female kages is the weakest. They can't beat any of the other kages that have been shown in the manga. So I call it a tie and say they are both the weakest kages.

you're right but there is a slight mistake in ur statement, fourth was'nt d child of prophecy, he was the father of the child of prophecy............
I also think tobirama's the weakest for d fact how he died, or it would be the kagekage whom oro killed so easily during the chunin exams, and invaded konoha.....
