She really did not jump very far to be saying shes going to effectively speed blitz Mei. Its not as if she is a stationary fighter either. She could easily move in response to Tsunade's movements. Tsunade does not have the necessary feats to claim that she is truly capable of speed blitzing anybody. The only people weve seen effectively do that to shinobi that arent fodder is the raikage, BM Naruto, Sasuke to some extent, and Minato. Tsunade really doesnt match up in terms of speed to any of those.

Believe me, ive seen it. And im not denying that. Both of them have even less speed feats than Tsunade. But that scan is not a feat of speed by any means. She jumped in front of the attack. Any of them could have done that if they had a defense like byakugo. That was merely showcasing Tsunade's newly unveiled ability.

It was not the distance that mattered. It was the fact mei could not do a single jutsu and could barely react. Tsunade would destroy her. And tsunade has some good feats.
And there have been so many instances where characters got speedblitzed I don't know what you are talking about. And even if she does not stack up to them she still has enough speed to beat mei.
lava release will kill her if boil release doesnt, tsunade's problem is that she's the slowest of the kage and she's not a ranged fighter, immediately putting her at a disadvantage against mei/gaara/onoki. his leaves A who obviously blitzes her

It is a speed feat in relation to Mei and her inability to have an attack faster than tsunade.

She jumped. Hand seals require more time than jumping. If Mei, Gaara or Oonoki had byakugo im sure it wouldve been them in that scan that jumped in front of the attack. Thats why i said "The only people weve seen do that effectively to shinobi that arent fodder..." For instance Madara speed blitzed tons of shinobi but they are unnamed fodder, thus they died. I couldve included Gai and lee in there as well but other than that youre not seeing a whole ton of effective speed blitzing.
There are other speed deats of her but mei has not so much madara said byhimself she is slower than raikage a but stronger so think of it stronger than raikage but slower than him slower than the fastest shinobi alive he doesnt compared her to mei or gaara he compared her to the fastest shinobi alive

Jumping is faster than hand seals for the fiftieth time. Gaara couldve been the one to jump of Kishi wanted him too. Tsunade had byakugo and knew she wouldnt get hurt, so she jumped out in front.
