Honestly IDK.

Mei has the worst moral when fighting, but she easily has powerful moves.

Raikage has extreme speed an power, but is stuck with linear modes of attack.

Tsunade is capable of healing herself, but doesn't have the speed of the other Kage.

Gaara has a near absolute defense and a very capable offense, but lacks expirience.

Oonoiki has flight and Jinton, but does suffer occasional back spasms.

I would say against the other Kage the Raikage has the weakest fighting style. Tsunade can tank his attacks. Gaara and Oonoiki can fly, thus forcing him to become vulnerable in the air....negating his speed advantage. Mei can use her boil release to create an area that he would melt in if he enters....she can also combine that with lava.

The overall weakest against a majority of opponents.....probably Tsunade as she doesn't have the speed of the other Kage, and she is also limited to close range where the other Kage have range, and Raikage has the speed to make up for his fighting style.

Jumping out is a lot faster than performing hand seals. That is not a speed feat. Thats a feat for byakugo. Ive seen Tsunade fans say that this scan proves shes faster than the raikage for f*cks sake.

However i do agree with you here. Tsunade would get pretty messed* up due to boil release but she would win.

First, tsunade is not the weakest. how can the one who is basically immortal be weak? the weakest is gaara. who needs defense when you have the raikages speed, tsunades healing, can disintegrate what ever is coming at you - onoki, and mei; yeah disintegration.

Mei is the weakest. Kishi hints this by her being the first beat by the susanoo clones and the first to lose moral. And in a fight she would lost to everyone.

You cant blame tusnade for it she left fighting and stated gambling after dans death while oro and Jman were still practicing but during the war she was amazing. Tsunade also have great strength and her thyjutsu is awesome but she also lack practice. But she used to be a medic nin so she is quite powerfull if u say she is weak as all other can hardly regenerate themselves without her help as onoik had to get help for his back.

Not necessarily. It depends on the jutsu. She was obviously about to be using a suiton technique and we know that is not the strongest of her attacks. Itd be interesting to see how Tsunade wpuld hold up if caught by a lava jutsu or if she had to attack through a cloud of boil release gas. I think the byakugo would keep her alive long enough to beat Mei overall though.

All of her jutsu require her to do at least one hand seal and hold up the element she is gonna project in her mouth. The same thing would happen.

are we talking about if they were pitted against each other or just in general? Because lee already proved speed is affective against gaara. i think gaara would have a tough time with preventing tsunade from inching closer and closer. onoki disintegrate! and unless gaara's sand can withstand mei's mist and he doesn't mind being turned into a pinata by her lava, i don't think gaara with stand much of a chance against the others.
