Everyone knows these 2 are the weakest kage but who would win in a battle?

No, bro. I wouldn't say that. Tobirama is Hashirama's #2. He is Madara's Izuna, who was equal in all aspects to Madara. Now I am not saying he is as strong as Hashi, but he is a Senju. He has gigantic chakra and taught Sarutobi. Think of it. If Sarutobi was revered '' God of all Shinobi '' it only makes sense that his teacher was pretty strong.

I wouldn't assume Tobirama is weaker than Hiruzen or Minato.

Like the person above said , Tobirama to Hashirama , is like Izuna to Madara (who were very close in power and talent , as the manga said they ruled the clan together.)
I See that some poeple are considering Tobirama featless ,when he isn't. He just didn't have enough screen time ,that's all.
But going by the informations we have about Tobirama ,i say he take this mid-difficulty. , for someone who created the most dangerous technique in the shinobi world , presumed to be the best suiton user of the series , and his S/T is even compared to Minato's. , i'll say he can overcome the medic-nin and win this match.​
