That phrase right there proves we don't need SOPA or PIPA or any new legislation. They can take down the people at fault for piracy so honestly why do we need to censor the internet as well?

If it does come back I don't think it'll get passed. If they bring it back, everything would just repeat itself. Unless they get smart and try to tweak it, but I don't think that'll work either.

More than likely that is what it looks like. I have seen congress do this many times. If a bill they want to pass gets turned down all they do is change somethings and reintroduce it and it usually passes unless they filibuster.

I mean all they have to do to get it passed is to appeal to the big companies like Google, Wiki (maybe) and Facebook.
