Once I feel the chakra, and pressure are sufficient, I use shape manipulation to create a hound shape stream of lightning, now I contunually add chakra as not to break the connection between me and the hound. Now I twist my hand to make him do a backflip and then sign a biting motion to make him bite your clone*

For the Lightning hound, the hand gestures aren't necessary. It's made of your chakra, so you can easily control it.
