2. imo i don't think he has MS
3. he is a very powerful Genjutsu user as he was able to control Kyuubi
4. his space time jutsu is not a sharingan power but of his own like nidaime and yondaime =]

so i believe he has been stealing sharingans and using the basic to further the use of his space time techs so he could time it correctly. sorta like kakashi uses his for chidori

also i believe that he has been around since before the leaf and knows everything that has come through time. thanks to the power of zetsu

because we know that if he only has normal sharingan how can he have a power from it
when we have never been shown or told about hidden techs in bas form sharingan

thats why i have put it into my theory.
+ the 4th didnt have sharingan as was able to do spacetime and so was the 2nd. they had different abilities so why couldn't tobi have another kind

Well who know's really, I mean Shisui Uchiha was known as Shisui the Teleporter so maybe by collecting those sharingan (I know he didnt get Shusui's sharingan) He was able to obtain it , Like Kakashi is the copy ninja so it could be possible.
