Lightning Gentle Fist paralyzes the chakra points. Doton Gentle Fist encases the chakra points in stone preventing them from releasing chakra.

Hol' up. Non-Japanese fans actually like Sasuke and the Uchiha? Anyway, the proper answer to who would win is that it depends on the user. People in this thread are acting like a given sharingan or byakugan user would have access to nothing but their dojutsu, when someone like Bolt is fully capable of simply learning the like of rasengan and three element, or of using actual strategy, which the Nara apparently gained a monopoly on post-Shippuden.

Also, the only reason there's any seeming disparity at all here is because a dojutsu that went from "copies tech, sees through illusions," became a vehicle for Kishi to give Sasuke powers as the plot demands. If a main character, like Bolt, gets Byakugan and is subject to similarly poor writing then you can bet that Byakugan would see similar wank as well (with tenseigan being only the beginning of it). Speaking of which.

The byakugan started off as "one of the three great dojutsu's", then it became just sharingan is everything and the hyuuga were ignored.
the Rinnegan should have been separate to a super developed sharingan.
