so what this chapter confirmed was since the start of the two sons,
Ashura > Indra
Hashirama > Madara
and ofc, let's not forget,
Naruto > Sasuke.
this cycle seems legit

Wrong. Sasuke was always stronger than Naruto, Naruto admitted that several times, the main time was after he fought with sasuke after the kage summit, inciting he cannot beat him at his current level. Then Sasuke got a power up, then naruto got a power up, he is still lacking to Sasuke. And now once more, they both get a power up. Indra was stronger than the younger, but the younger had friends and bonds to make him powerful enough to deal with any threat.
Madara is not weaker than Hashi as it currently stands, in the past sage mode Hashi was stronger, but now it's a whole new ballgame with rinnigan madara, I won't count god mode madara since he is stronger than everyone except Rikudo.
The point of this is that the older and younger brother are virtually even (Madara and Hashi, Naruto and Sasuke) but must come to an agreement and understand each other to change the world. One has superior eye power (Madara, Sasuke), another has superior bonding power (Hashi and Naruto) and bonds is what makes people strong. Through those bonds, you gain a new power within itself, and if any of those bonds you made are threatened, you find the power within yourself to battle someone more powerful than you (pre-god mode Madara, pre- rinnigan Sasuke). Bonds through power = natural talent and power as proven by Naruto and Hashi.
The main thing some people misunderstand of the story of Sasuke and Naruto or Madara and Hashi is the simple fact that the underdogs (Hashi, Naruto) who have bonds can contend with natural talent, and sheer power (Madara, Sasuke) through how strong the bonds make one self. If Madara and Hashi truly bonded, they both would be unstoppable. Madara, with his superior eye power and Hashi with his superior bodily power would crush any and all opposition to their loved ones together, that is what is going to happen with Naruto and Sasuke, two spritual brothers understanding each other, unlike their previous incarnations of Madara and Hashi.
That is the true point made here in this chapter.
