Let's get technical shall we? If Naruto's mom and pops never gave him the biggest power-up in the whole series seen thus far when he was born Mizuki would have killed him in the first three episodes.
I'm talking about raw talent in which Sasuke has by far superseded his rival Naruto. Naruto makes up for talent with massive amounts of unrefined chakra. If he didn't have that he would never learned how to summon Gamabunta, Never learned shadow clones, never learned rasengan.
IMO Naruto has been handed down things because of his lineage just like Sasuke, Kyuubi, Massive chakra levels, KM seal. If Sasuke is weak Naruto is just as or even weaker.

remember there were mines tobi planted and sasuke used his sword infused with raiton chakra to cancel out one of the mines because one of his wings got blown off, that was well thought out

this does not count, but danzou vs sasuke, he pretty much showed us he still has skill, i mean the dude cut through wind and summoned a hawk in mid air on the brink of death, and danzou had 10 sharingan, with shisui's eye and still got owned

sasuke in the chunnin exams, when he faught that guy who stole chakra from his enemy, he also knew about sasukes curse mark and took a great deal of chakra

sasuke was at a big disadvantage because he had a fresh cursemark.
he couldnt even really use his sharingan but he still won. he also couldnt mold chakra well either

sasuke owned a sannin like someone else said, if oro is so mighty then how did he lose?

oro under estimated sasukes potential

Which character has beaten the most people by himself. Name them and the people he/she beat all by themselves. If they equal the amount of Sasuke or are more than his I will agree Sasuke is weak.
