That all I wanted to hear, I mean so you accept these conditions would make character capable of beating Itachi, right ?
So it seems it is possible to beat invincible Itachi but only due to short time he can be invincible but still it is hard to meet these conditions if even possible right ?

Do you agree about Kaguya's example ?, What about RSM Naruto with knowledge about Itachi, I think he would pull it off, bascially nukes and long range technique is must, right ?

No doubt that Kaguya > Itachi. Same goes for RSM Naruto.

With him though there are several scenarios where he could lose if he doesn't just outright kill Itachi on the spot because of his mental weaknesses in comparison to Itachi, and his lack of a counter to Tsukuyomi.

True exactly as I thought. You just can not understimate Itachi no matter who you are and that what makes him so epic character because he can exploit any weakness you have and as being all well rounded shinobi he is just that good. Thanks

Sasuke, Madara, Hagoromo, and possibly the rest of the known Otsutsuki.

Not 100% sure on those though, as I didn't follow the story after Gaiden so I'm pretty clueless as to where every Otsutsuki after Kaguya and Hagoromo stand power-wise.
