Lol, I use to always ask myself "Why would he name that technique after her" xd.

* A run into short range of one of your clones and I jump into the air with my sword and stab it into the ground, causing a pillar of water to rise up around me which lifts your clone into the air propelling it and leaving it vulnerable for a next attack. The clone disperses before in the air.*

* I then turn to another clone in mid.range and I run into short range of it. Once in front of the clone I crouch my knees before impact and slam my palm into its chest, releasing a spiraling torrent of water which hits the clone with great pressure and makes it disperse.*

* I then create an orb of water in my right hand and release two spearing stream which travel in an arc fashion opposite to each other. The two spears then pierce both sides of a clone mid.range, making it disperse.*

* I then notice a bunch of your clones start to close in on me from mid.range, so I gather up my water chakra and begin to twirl with my arms extended. While I'm twirling, I release the water from my arms which causes multiple water blades to shoot out all around me dispersing all the clones that tried to run in on me.*

Hand seals are a must, in order to mold the chakra properly. And it does, but you'll never be in the situation to keep it active longer than one turn.

I believe it does. If you use his abilities you have to post the technique again. Long range. The turn he is summoned counts as the first turn.

The vortex is the key to the damage there. If the opponent is trapped in a vortex, then the vortex does the damage. Blunt damage to be exact, for fractures, breaking bones, and bruises.

* I chose to focus on a clone mid.range of me, and I create a shark the the left of them, that jumps out sideways and grabs them by the hip area, now dragging them to the bottom of the water source. As it is being dragged, I then create 30 other sharks through manipulation, which swims toward the clone at the bottom of the water source and explodes.*

* I put my hand in the water source and I do a slashing hand movement that creates a pillar that propels a short range clone into the air. I then release 5 sharks, and 1 of the sharks jumps into the air and devours the clone and implodes,sending the clone crashing into the water source. Where the remainder of the clones surround the enemy and implodes around them.*

* I first perform the Tiger – Serpent hand seals, creating a large shark short range of myself, which dives further into the water in an arc fashion, and emerges under the clone where it then explodes. Causing the clone great damage.*
