I don't know. You should figure that for yourself, lol.
Can I pick the ones I'd like to learn

If so:

( Suiton: Shawā ) - Water Release: Showers
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: The user condenses water vapour in the air above them to generate multiple projectiles of water which shoot at their target with a great amount of force and speed. The user can also shoot a barrage of small water projectiles directly from the swing of their hand.

( Suiton: Shizuka Yari ) - Water Release: Droplet Spear
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: Using their skills with water release, the user creates an orb of water in their hand which they can then release in the form of multiple spearing streams, that they can use to attack their enemy from multiple directions or in spirals.

( Suiton: Nagareru no Yari ) - Water Release: Flowing Spear
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user creates crescent shaped blades of water, which follow the arcs of their hand movements attacking opponents infront of them or they can twirl around while generating the crescent blades to attack all around them.

( Suiton: Arekuruu Hayase ) - Water Release: Raging Rapids
Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: Using their skills with Water Release, the user generates a powerful vortex of water around their enemy with a swing of their arm that sends them flying upwards and then dispels it with another hand gesture. (Requires a water source).
Note: Tobirama and Mei terumi can perform this without a water source

I choose all o.o
Fu. >_>

( Suiton: Nagareru no Muchi ) - Water Release: Flowing Whip
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: The user first kneads chakra in their mouth and then, placing their hand on their mouth expels water in the form of a whip which they use to lash their opponent, sending them flying backwards.

Simply place your hand on the ground and spew out a whip that will strike your opponent and send him backwards.

So you use your chakra to create a water source of sorts using the water vapor above you, from which multiple projectiles shoot. Simple. Good thing is, you can also swing your arm for the same effect.

Freking game jutsus. I so hate them. Create an orb and expand it into multiple streams that will converge around your opponent from different directions. Like this.

You release blades of water from your hands and send them at your opponent. As they're flying you can use your hands to control them, somewhat like telekinesis lol, or you can simply make them swirl around the opponent while you're preparing the next attack.

( Suiton: Arekuruu Hayase ) - Water Release: Raging Rapids
Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60

Pretty simple again. I kinda like this one. Using a water source you create a vortex around your opponent and again by controlling with your hands, i.e. hand gestures you use it to shoot your opponent up and to dispel the technique.

1st Jutsu:

Can you make the whip spew out from behind the opponent and knock him towards you? o_O

2nd Jutsu:

Are these projectiles like normal rain? Only weaponized droplets

3rd Jutsu:

Do these spears impale my opponent?

4th Jutsu:

If you make them spin around the opponent, since moving them will involve hand gestures will you not be able to weave hand seals

5th Jutsu:

Do you have to dispel the water or could you keep it and use it in a combo

Sorry for giving you that bit more work

1) Wtf, you spew it out of your mouth. How are you supposed to hit him from behind? Unless you're behind him, then no.

2) More like small water balls.

3) Obviously.

4) Perform the handseals for the second technique immediately after you create the first and then use your hands to control the movements.

5) Hm, I'm not sure but I believe that if you're fast enough, you could use it as a water source for a combo.

Oh alright.......so have we finished? Is it time to begin my epic adventure in order to learn the ins and outs of how water works and eventually learn that I must have complete mastery over it in order to save the world? O_O
