One question, once you go in the ground and pull him down wards do you pop out of the ground or stay in the ground while using the lightning technique?

Now that earth technique is not all that fast, and in my opinion by the time you travel the mid range distance he will more likely deduce about your position though it is still a good move.

I suggest you using the below technique for such move as it is much more silent and fast, I will also get to you on the usage of that D rank earth technique usage in future I have a doubt regarding it but for now it will do.

Okay this needs 3 hand seal to initiate, once done pass your chakra in your palm and nature manipulate it to form a vortex in your palm, once created you can shoot that vortex forward and shape manipulate it into a wall of spiraling water, this can be used for both offense and defense.

Advantages:
- Can be used for many reasons to soak a opponent to catch him off guard because the water is quite fast. You can also use it to extinguish strong flames. Also the shape is a wall so it can block most weak attacks and fire jutsu.
- Requires no water source.

Disadvantages:
- Requires hand seals and can slow down the process of the jutsu.
- This jutsu if positioned incorrectly will be bad, If you use it for defense I can send lighting towards the water which might be enough to shock you if the wall is positioned close range.

Combinations:
I would use this jutsu more of a type to catch my opponent off guard. Since the water is quite fast if I throw it towards you, you will be focused only on the water. My opponent will try to stop or evade the water. So when the water is shot at him I will throw a lot of shurikens since he will be focused only on the water by the time he either evades or stops it he will be to slow to react to the shurikens.

Counters: This to me is quite simple I can use a B-rank earth jutsu and just aim it towards the water going right through it and render it useless.

I perform the hand seals Boar → Dog → Ram and then pass chakra into my right palm. I begin to manipulate the chakra into water and shape the water into the form of a vortex. I stabilize the vortex and keep it under control I release it outwards and while traveling I change the shape of the vortex into a spiraling wall of water.

I don't think so, I am of the opinion that the wall will be at least a meter or so away from us and if you charge the wall with lightning I won't get shocked by it.

The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the user's skill allows it, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is none. The amount of water used will be in proportion with the user's skill. Tobirama was able to use this technique with a single hand seal showing testiment to his skill in water ninjutsu.
Note: Requires a water source to use.

You see the no of hand seal o_O, yes you need to perform it all if you don't have water as your specialty[this technique is the one with the highest amount of hand seal], After you are done performing the hand seal you take control over a nearby water source and shape manipulate that water into a dragon, this dragon then charges towards your opponent to hit him with great might.

Advantage:
-Has great strength and damage. If you master water and perfect it, This jutsu can be very well in use because you can also perform the jutsu with no water source if you are good enough, Also the amount of water out into the jutsu matches you overall abilities in water ninjutsu so the better you are, the stronger the jutsu.
-Also the jutsu can reach in every range possible.

Disadvantage:
-If you don't have mastery over water, Then this jutsu will be most likely a bad choice to use. Firstly you need a water source.
-The worst thing is the hand seals unless you have master over water, The amount of hand seals will take up to much time to perform and leave you vulnerable to attack.

Combinations:
- I think this jutsu would great to use in conjunction with lighting, Just send a little bit of lighting chakra and the damage will be even stronger. That is of course you have mastery over water if not then I doubt you would be able to come up with a combination with all those hand seals you must first focus on.

Counter:
- If the person must use all the hand seal, It would easy to summon a earth pillar under him to tip him over and get him off balance and set up a attack.
- If the person is a master of water, Then I would make the ground shake in a way strong enough to have the water dragon lose its shape and slow it down for me to evade or use a shield.

I begin to walk towards a large lake in the middle of the field me and senpai is training in. I begin to clear my mind and get ready. I focus my chakra through out my body, While doing so I manipulate the nature into water chakra. I'm ready and start to perform hand seals, I take my time and try to go slow to make sure nothing is missed or messed up. I finally take it fast and perform the hand seals.

A large amount of water begins to rise up and this is when I manipulate the shape of the water to form a Dragon. I stabilize and get the water dragon under control, I get it ready and aim it towards one of senpai's clones. With great mite the water dragon destroys senpai clone leaving nothing.

You can only perform it without a water source if you have a Tobirama bio, I will still confirm it though.

Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal the user creates an orb of water from which several sharp whips of water emerge. Those whips can then be directed towards one or multiple targets, impaling them on impact.

A very useful technique in my opinion, It was used by Shizuk in Naruto: the movie, the technique only requires one hand seal which means it can be initiated fast, after performing the hand seal the user will raise one of his hands towards the sky and an orb is formed above it, from this orb several whips emerge which can travel long distance to attack multiple enemies at the same time, as the whips are very sharp them impale on contact, the whips also travel at really fast speed.

I know my counter sucked he is a better one. If my opponent does the jutsu on water I will send lighting towards the area of water and make sure to jump out to not get effected but the lighting. The opponent will have to let the jutsu release to save himself. Hope that's better.

Advantages:
- Can go through all possible range's which of course is awesome !
- Can strike more then 1 opponent.
- Can be created quickly with only one hand seal. Also is very fast when release so its hard to dodge.

Disadvantages:
- I'm quite stumped here....To be honest I can't figure any out but I will say this and it might be stupid but the jutsu can only attack in a open ranged area, So it won't be that good if you try to activate it in a closed area where there isn't much room for the real power of the jutsu to take effect. (god I hope you understand what I wrote.)

Combinations:Since this jutsu takes up every range, I won't need to worry about my opponent pushing back to dodge. Instead I will create a scenario where he will be hit by something. When the jutsu is activated I will throw Kunai's and shurikens up into the air, Meaning he can't jump to dodge. Also I will send lighting chakra through the ground meaning he can't try to dig underneath to dodge. So he will be hit by something and get damaged.

Counter:
- I can block the water whips with a good earth shield or make the water orb evaporate or weaken by sending strong fire towards it.

Now this jutsu is a little tricky to be true and from your description it is quite clear that you have some misconceptions about it so let me clear it out for you.

1. This technique need your continuous concentration, I mean to say that your hand [which ever you choose] will always be raised upwards while this technique is in play and therefore you can't perform hand seal for most of the jutsu's.

2. Throwing shuriken and kunai is a good idea but remember that you will only be able to use one hand of yours for this purpose.

3. Now I like your combination but my first point should clear out that you will need to either have a partner or a clone for that purpose.

4. Well now for your counter, Earth wall fine but remember these whips are quite mobile and if your wall is not big enough they may approach from the side of the walls and like you said it has got quite a good range so it only makes things harder, I suggest to go for a projectile base attack which forces the opponent to break his stance/hand position.

5. It does not require a water source.

Description: The user will do one handseal and will gather water in his mouth and then spits out a large sphere of rotating water that can blast a huge area leaving it soaked. It can also be used in quick succession to shoot up to 3 smaller but faster bullets of water.


A great water technique, now the reason it is good is that it requires the use of single hand seal thus it is fast, does not require water source........ figure the rest yourself it’s like I am telling you all the pros, I told you two so at least tell me one more, I will add the reaming stuffs but I hope you find them all out.

Now on its working part, well do a single hand seal while molding your chakra in your mouth and then release it in form of a large sphere, you can also opt for 3 small spheres which move at much fast pace, it leaves the area soaked with water once it explodes on contact.

advantages:
- Can go in all ranges.
- Requires 1 hand seal and no water source.
- The jutsu is very durable in many ways. I can make just one huge water bullet to cover a large range and leave the area soaked changing the terrain in my favor. I can also make just 3 smaller ones but much faster which will be harder to evade and even attack multiple targets.

Disadvantages:
- The attack is quite straight forward, so it can be easy to evade if atleast its that way if you use the big water bullet. If you use the 3 smaller then it can be blocked easier since its weaker.

Combinations:
- I would first try to have my opponent lose balance by try either shaking the earth around or channel lighting chakra for him to be forced to fall over or be distracted. After that I will send 1 large water bullet since it causes much more damage and since the opponent is down he will be slow to react.

Counters:
- For a large water bullet I will evade by using a wind technique to blow myself to the sides. If it is a smaller water bullet I will just create a earth shield.

I perform the hand seal required and then focus chakra towards my mouth. I use nature manipulation to turn the chakra into water. I then open my mouth and release the water that was in my mouth forward. I mold the water in to a water sphere, I release the water sphere forward and two more following, aiming it towards senpai.

Wait I thought you said I didn't need to perform the jutsu anymore U_U
HAHA I don't care I like performing them actually :scorps: :cool:

Okay, this one is easy to perform and does not require a water source, just begin by doing a tiger hand seal and create a jet of water right in front of you, this jet of water will then charge towards your opponent at great pace, it is strong enough to slice through solid rocks.

- Very fast jutsu to perform, With no water source and only one hand seal its fast to use.
- Powerful enough to even cut through strong rocks.
Disadvantages:
- Its a straight forward technique so its quite easy to dodge.
Combinations:
- While the water is going through the ground I will send lighting jutsu as well like Nagashi which will increase its power. U_U
Counters:
- other then jumping out of the way Lol, I would use a type of mud jutsu and direct it towards the water slowing it down giving me time to evade.

You can't simply jump to avoid it, that is something which is not allowed in our RP.

Why is it always that you use lightning to charge water source, I know it is a good combo but try different things also, for example in regard to this jutsu lets say you send the water jet now according to me you should follow up with a technique which originates from the sky, there are a couple of wind and lightning technique which can serve this purpose by doing this you increase your range of attack.

Description: After performing the required hand seals Monkey → Rat → Tiger → Dragon → Horse → Dragon it then allows the user to generate a spinning column of water which will take the form of a snake with a gaping jaw. This snake can twist and follow its targets and swallow them. After it has swallowed them, it turns into a river that carries the enemy away.

I never used this technique in battle to begin with, Now it required 6 hand seal and after that you create spinning column of water which you shape manipulate into a snake with an awesome jaw, now this snakes follows your enemy and binds them while twisting around them and then go on to swallow them, it then turns into water wave and carries them away, yup it was pretty much self explanatory but still...................... okay now my views, it’s a great tech although it has no damage dealing capacity, mainly because of its range and you can always charge it with raiton to make it BS ;) though be creative.

This jutsu must be orochimaru's favorite water jutsu XD

Advantages:
- Covers all ranges.
- Follows the target making it impossible to avoid.
Disadvantages:
- Requires hand seals which slows the jutsu down.
- With all that water it seems like you need a water source.
Combinations:
- I was gonna say you can channel lighting but I won't because I'm better then that :scorps: , Instead I can use a earth technique to make the ground shake having my opponent lose his balance and getting swallowed. Hope I did better T_T
Counters:
- How about throwing paper bombs towards the snake making it lose its shape. Not strong enough you say? How about chucking some mud at that snake. Using a powerful earth shield might be the best thing though.

I will say that a handsome amount of paper bom can do this stuff and I actually like the counter but there can always be arguement regarding this point so better play safe.

The user must direct it in my opinion but htere is nothing like chakra senseing associated it for sure, I will say it is you who control its movement.

You should be familiar to this one as you have already learned its parent jutsu, now instead of one you go on to create 3 sharks by using more chakra, these shark are comparatively a bit more stronger.

- By having three sharks I can send all three in different directions making it hard for an escape.
Disadvantages:
- Must have a water source.
- only works for short range attacks.
Combinations:
- If this is possible I would make one of the sharks go high in the air. Another low around the ground. The last of the three sharks to go straight forward. This will prevent the opponent from either jumping to evade or dig in the ground to evade. Either or one of the sharks will hit him. Causing damage.
Counters:
- I would use a wind technique that covers a wide range blowing and cutting the sharks. Making them lose their shape or the very least slow them down so I can push back for an evasion.

I like the creativity but there are 2 things that you need to consider here, first its range it is limited to short range so you don't have much scope for mobility and by sending the shark high above and low will only increase the time which your opponent has got to react, now as it needs a water source and is limited to short range the best time and place to use it will be when you and your opponent are above a water source.

Description: The user creates a flow of gushing water under the opponent which traps them in a sphere of water. The user can perform an attack while the opponent is trapped. This jutsu is similar to Water Prison Technique, though the user doesn't need to keep his arm in the sphere of water.
Note: Technique creates its own water source


Now a better and improved version of water prison technique, mainly due to it the fact that it does not require a water source and it does not need you to put your hand on it.

- The technique can create its own water source. Which you can use for later just in case the opponent escapes somehow.
- Great to use with a combination attack because after he is caught in water prison he has nowhere to go.
Disadvantages:
- only handles short to mid range.
- the prison its self causes no damage but its supposed to set up a attack. So if the user is caught and escapes somehow they are unharmed.
Combinations:
- Well this jutsu is a combo its self kinda because the soul purpose is to trap a opponent and then finish them while they are inside. So after you catch them you can do whatever throw kunai or even electrocute them to death.
Counters:
- If it just like the water prison jutsu like before and restricts your movements then when caught inside you can't escape really. But to counter you must have good reaction because the moment you notice the water come out the ground you can either use a wind technique to blow yourself side ways or away, or a mud style to spit towards the water and slow the process down and make it lose its shape, In short its all about how fast you react.
