Let's start with answering the following questions before going to the techniques:
- What is water in the Narutoverse, it's strengths, weaknesses, which KG does it form (at least two) and how is it created?
- What do you understand under water?
- What are it's main abilities/characteristics?
- Some noteable Suiton users from the anime/manga?

Water element is 1 of the elements in the 5 different elements there is. It is strong against fire element and weak against Earth element.
Boil Release is a KG which involves water element because you combine fire and water-based chakra to create a powerful corrosive vapour capable of melting anything. You are also able to control the range and level of the vapour's acidity, if the vapours' acidity is really high, then you can melt the rib-cage of a susano.

Well, another KG is Ice release, and that works by combining wind chakra with water chakra to freeze the water molecules so it turns into ice.
The one of the main abilities of water element is that you can extinguish fire and also for combinations with wind. When combined with a good wind jutsu, it can cause destruction. Water can be used to drown, trap your opponents. The characteristics of water is that because it's liquid unlike the other 4 basic elements, it can go through holes and lightning can be used to channel through it since it's a good conductor.
Suiton users in the anime are Mei -the mizukage- Kisame, and zabuza.

What I meant with the second question is how do you experience water? xd Write that.
And to begin:
Now you create water out of the moisture in the air. By focusing your chakra in the air to mix up the hydrogen and oxygen, or by expelling the chakra through the mouth which when it comes in contact with the air turns into water which you can expell through your mouth.
Now for the first technique I want you to simply create water and manipulate it to create small blasts, waves or shields/objects of water.

How experience water? can you explain please. sorry, my brain isn't even interpreting things well today. >_<
I focus on the creation of my suiton chakra. Upon creating it, i then channel it through my arms and into my palms. When i've done this, i release my suiton chakra through my skin tissues and upon exposure with air, it creates water. Using my suiton chakra already present in the water, i use shape manipulation and create a small shield.

When i touch water, for example go swimming, the water makes me feel relaxed. It helps me relieve muscle tension (not sexual tension) and stress i don't need from my body. Water makes me feel calm and it helps clear my mind.
As i see you throw the three kunai's, I again use shape manipulation and transform the shield of water i've already made into a ball of water which i shoot at your kunai's, knocking them off from their intended trajectory.

Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dΕjutsu.
Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source.
For the next technique I want you to raise the mist from the water around us, or spew it from your mouth creating a thick, milky white mist. Depending on the amount of chakra used, there will be thicker mist. Now important to know, the mist will fool the Sharingan and Rinnegan, but it cannot fool the Byakugan. Make sure that you are able to sense your opponent somehow when using this technique in order to be able to fight properly. If any questions, do ask them.

Descripton: This technique allows the user after claping their hands together to make a spiralling vortex of water out of knowhere. The vortex then proceeds to explode from the top in the form of a wave. The user can also control the direction the wave goes with hand movements.
And this is how i performed it..
First, I clap my hands together, and create my suiton chakra. I then through my hand, release suiton chakra into the air. Once i've done this, I imagine the massive waves in a sea, clashing into each other. Once i've done this, i use my chakra in the air to forcefully mix the hydrogen and oxygen particles and so this cause a giant wave of water to materialize out of thin air.

Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird β Rat β Ox β Monkey β Rat β Snake hand seals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.
Perform a sequence of hand seals and focus your chakra into the sky. Creating rain clouds you are able to make it rain. Each drop of rain will have your chakra in it. You are then be able to sense whethere there is chakra present or not, though you cannot know what kind of chakra it is. You can cancel it with a simple seal. Do it yourself?
How can you protect from this?

I first start of by weaving Bird β Rat β Ox β Monkey β Rat β Snake hand-seals, then concentrating on my suiton chakra. After some time has passed, i channel the suiton chakra through my skin tissues and into the atmosphere. When my chakra particles reach a certain distance above me, i use my chakra to create clouds. These clouds full of my chakra of course produce rain full of my chakra too. And since it's my chakra, it's linked with me. So when a drop of rain water doesn't reach the ground and is obstructed, i can sense the exact location.
Well, if you are unable to use your sense of sight and see the opponent, you can use this jutsu to track them down. This jutsu is a good counter for Chakra Suppression Techniqu.
Is there a way to counter this jutsu, and if so, does it involve destroying the clouds?
And how much of the terrain is being rained upon? Does it vary?

You cannot destroy the clouds. The only way of protecting from this technique actually is to create a barrier which the rain cannot penetrate. Like rising an earthen dome above the battlefield or something that will prevent the rain from reaching you. Since you have a wood bio, creating a forest or wooden dome that protects you.
About your second question, the descrption of the technique says Short-Long so practically the whole field would be covered in rain. If enough of it falls, you can use that water as a water source, but only after 2-3 turns

The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. Water clones can be used in preparation for the technique, which block an opponent's attack and trap the attacker in the prison using the clone's own water.
After performing a sequence of seven hand seals you spread the front of your palms out. This creates an almost insecapable sphere of water which you can trap your opponent in. You can create the water by expelling it from your mouth or by using a water source. In order to keep the person entrapped you need to be in short range of them and keep your arm in the orb at all times. The target will be unable to move due to the heaviness of the water. You can even use it as a defensive barrier. Usage of other clones, or water technique to use as a source for this (or some other technique) can be quite useful.
Now I wnat you to perform this technique twice, once on yourself and once on my clone.

I stand really close to your clone and after performing a sequence of seven hand seals I spread the front of my palms out towards him. I then direct my suiton chakra through my palms and into the atmosphere. My chakra mixes the hydrogen particles and the oxygen particles together, and this cause water to form out of thin air. I then manipulate the this water and form a large orb around your clone. Once i've done this, i quickly condense the water so that he is unable to weave any hand-seals or even move.
I then again perform seven hand-seals and spread my palms out in front of me. I gather and direct my suiton chakra into my palm, and then really quickly, propel my chakra forwards through my palm. Once my chakra has made contact with the air, water forms and i quickly manipulate it so i form a protective orb of water around me. However, i don't condense the water orb as i am trying to protect myself, not trap myself.

Description: The user can freely transform his body into liquid. This form allows him to avoid taking direct damage from many physical attacks but can not attack while in this form.
This is the water variant of the Substitution Technique. By spreading your Sui chakra through your entire body you will temporairly transform it into liquid thus allowing you to avoid any kind of physical damage from most attacks. The downside is that you cannot attack while in this form.

I first being by creating and molding my suiton chakra. I then focus the suiton chakra into my cells, causing me to turn into water.
Can i move about in this state?
