the user is able to manupilate the flames only at close range. this juts will last fro 4 turns unless it is put out], >(kation: gouka)-katon: hell fire [ the user creates a hugh fire that turns the whole battle field into flames and severely burning multiple enemy. The fire will remain in the battle field for 3 turns and +30 damage for each turn] and
jikoku ayatsuri- time manipluation. the user will appear next target and will create a huge blast of fire while using the jikoku ayatsuri- time manipluation. this jutsu works best at close range.
this jutsu is meant as a last resort or to finish the fight.
if the taget manages to live, the user cannot use time or any s rank jutsus for 3 turns
time manipluation wont work on 3 tome sharingan and ems
the user will lose his speed speed for 2 turns

Not really, I do a small charity and refill the same bottle I have for the passed 10 years... I write subscriptions for myself.

After seeing your demonstration, I perform the same handseals while building up my fire chakra then once on the last handseal, I blow out a low volume of fire in order to make my skin used to the intense fire as you suggested. I keep blowing out until everything within mid range is devastated... Hmm what could a high volume do?

I once again do the necessary handseals that you showed me while building up katon chakra then when I feel that I'm ready to release the enormous amounts of fire, I release it in a blast all around me, the all of fire completely surrounds me and spreads with enormous speeds.

kation-mugen kaen!

Almost making me collapse on the ground in fatigue from the stress the jutsu has given on my body. The fire spreads quick and obliterates anything within mid-range but not HBA :3

But then who will feed the little children in Africa?

I stand up then once again I sign the neccessary handseals while building up my fire chakra and on the last handseal, I bend back while my chest is rising with air, kneeling enormous amounts of katon chakra then I once again release huge amounts of katon from my body in a form of wall of flames all around my body, building up my resistance against the foribdden and powerful jutsu. The jutsu makes an even more devastation as I done it before. I keep the jutsu maintained for the maximum turns then I stop to take a breath.

Magically everything around me comes alive aswell from the pictures dropped on the ground, the very awesomeness ahs manifested with the ground.

My skin doesn't seem to be burned since the resistance and durability is showing and nothing seems to be clearned within mid range. The tress grow back because of Vivek's photoshop powers.
