Okay i know Suiton is strong against Fire style, it combines with Doton to make Wood release kekkei genkai(with 1st's dna), It combines with wind to make Ice release kekkei genkai(in Yuki clan). A good element to combine it with is wind, for example Typhoon Water vortex technique. Also water and fire combine to make Boil release kekkei genkei. oh yes and also isn't it weak against wind or something?

First, I want you to gather your suiton chakra and release it into the air.. then manipulate it to turn it into a thick mist that lingers over the battlefield making visibility absolute zero.

because the sharingan sees chakra and since the mist is chakra it obscures the sharingan's vision. the byakugan can see through it because it is more focused(i think) and can see the person's chakra network
