*I walk onto water and start focusing my suiton chakra then do Rat-Monkey-Ram-Dragon-Bird seals while releasing my suiton chakra into water making it rise similiar to when i was making clone but instead i make that water raise around me and make it spin creating a vortext of water around me*

*Again i start ctrating vortex around me pumping chakra into the water making it spin rapidly around myself, when there is enough chakra inside water that is rotating around me i make step forward in your clones direction, as if about to throw huge stone, and force my vortex of water towards your clone while I keep concentrating on the chakra which is flowing through the vortex keeping it's shape and power, smashin it into your clones jutsu*

nope if u read the description carefully it says u can materialize water out of nowhere upto mid range ...... so if u know what u are doing u can summon the water right beside your opponent or on top of him this will give u a split second advantage....

Right now for your next jutsu release your suiton chakra into the skies increasing the water content in the air and eventually making it rain. ​

*I focus on my suiton chakra and then i start releasing into the air, as i release quite a bit of it i force that chakra upwards also spreading it (so its not just a bucket of water from above) and when it is up i start transfroming that chakra (not all at once) into actuall water which then starts falling down as a rain*

U dont transform chakra to water......if that would have been the case u would have died pouring rain....
just increase the water content of the air the precipitation will start on its own....
and what water falls will have your chakra imbued in it!!

*I do the same as i did moment ago, get my suiton chakra up to air spread it and increase amount of water in the sky which will make it rain, since it is my chakra in the rain falling down i use that to find your clones, when a drop/s fall on them i will feel you chakra (i think so)*
this won't help me if you hid them underground or somewhere my rain won't reach them tho
