Blizzard escorted another shinobi to the majestic training fields near the Village Hidden in rocks. The speciality of the training fields located there was that they had streams of water coming out of the mountain. The water was used to train ninjas and allow them to learn the amazing water element. Today it was Tobirama's (6tailedshoni's) turn.

"Well, well... lets start easy, tell me about the following things;
• What is chakra?
• What is ninjutsu?
• What is water element?
• What is its strength and weakness?
• What is so unique about this element, that makes it different from other elements?"

• What is chakra?

Chakra is the combination of body and spirit into energy that lets ninjas control the elements or shape it into weapons, walk on water or on walls, give you superhuman strength and speed among other things.

What is ninjutsu?
The use of Chakra to perform what i said in the above, perform superhuman tasks like spitting fire or forming a huge water shark

What is water element?

Techniques that use Chakra to manipulate Water into attacks or defense or flood the area.

What is its strength and weakness?

Strong to Fire and weak to Earth (douses flames and the solid form of earth makes it resistant to water technique's liquid state)

What is so unique about this element, that makes it different from other elements?"

Well it is the only liquid state element, Fire/Lightning are energy, Earth is solid, Wind is gas state. It makes for good element combos by enhancing it with lightning to electrify it, Wind can make it twist and spin even more then normal, Fire can make it boiling or make a steam smokescreen, Earth can be used to make a enclosed area that you can flood and drown people in.

"Excellent, just one fact that you can not only manipulate but create water too. Now, lets do some fun stuff. We are going to dive and swim together in this little lake created by the water stream. Go on dive in!"

*Swiftly and beautifully removes plate armor and black clothes to reveal blue, form fitting swim trunks and diving into the water like a baws*

I love water!
"Now now, dont get too excited. You will be doing some real work here. Suck water in your stomach, fill it up and pour it in that huge bowl shaped boulder. This lake is a running stream water and is pure as tested lab samples, so don't worry about germs and shit. That is if you didn't already pee in it?" >_> "Do not stop until the bowl is full!"... Be descriptive about your actions, stay in character/personality of your bio.

As I take a deep breathe in preparation for the task ahead, I look down at the crystal blue water and pay attention to every sparkling glimmer, every single molecule, for I know each one is as important at the next. Slowly exhaling, I cautiously bend down, inching my face closer to the gorgeous mountain water. I close my eyes, and put forth all my focus into both the water, and the bowl shaped boulder.

I slowly open my eyes
I'm ready.

Inching my face as closely as possible to the pure mountain water, I slowly start inhaling just enough for the water to rise into the air. Once the water is just inches from my face, I focus my core strength to my lungs, and strongly inhale as much as my body will allow, and create a strong vacuum like suction focused on the water closest to me. As the water starts picking up speed at an incredibly fast rate, I prepare my body and mind to harbor every molecule within my stomach. The water rushes down towards me and forms a pathway directly through my throat, into my stomach. My stomach starts filling up with the incredible pure water, and I ground myself to prepare to intake as much as my stomach will allow. The water forms into a cylindrical stream, making force of consumption a little easier to take. As the water starts to obtain as much capacity as possible within my stomach, I immediately stop inhaling, and quickly form a seal over my mouth with both hands.

Sluggishly, I wobble towards the proximity of the giant bowl shaped boulder, which now looks incredibly larger then before the task. I fight to make sure each step closer is as straight and true as possible. As I reach the monumental boulder, I firmly grasp the top edge with both hands and spew the vast amount of water into the bowl.

I repeat this process until the boulder is filled to the very top with water.

Panting from being out of breathe, I look over at Blizzard, hoping that my performance was adequate enough.
*gasp* How did I do sempai?

Oi, Oi.. you are tired just by that, eh? No rest for you. U_U Lets start the next task, stand on the side of the rocky bowl, place your hand on the surface of water, and try to feel the essence of water from distance, it should feel the same as when you were sucking it in and filling the bowl.

I nod my head at blizzards next request, and shake off the lingering sluggishness from the task before. Standing beside the giant bowl, I look at the glimmering water and think to myself: I harbored and transported this water, this task should be easy.

I place my hands on the side of the bowl and lift myself up on to the side of the huge boulder and lower my hands and place it on the surface without breaking the surface tension. I hold my hands there and stare down at the clear liquid letting my mind clear and letting the feeling of the cold water rise up through my hands then arms then the rest of my body and start feeling a connection form in my chest and starts spreading out from my core and filling my whole body with a strange feeling making me feel like my body is full of water suddenly, taken aback by the new feeling I look over at Sempai and give him a look of understanding and peace.

"wow he actually grasped it pretty quickly." Blizz whispered... "Now use this feeling to send chakra in the bowl, and mix that chakra well with the water and then try controlling the water itself."

I take a short breath to ready myself for another challenge but happy that I am progressing so quickly I can do this! I say to myself.

I control this strange feeling I gained from holding my hands to the water and feel my chakra flow though me I direct my chakra to my hands and then into the water itself. Feeling the water as it is part of my body like a new limb I slowly bend it to my will and make a small portion of the water to raise and fall in small waves, trying out what i can do with the new control over water I sit there for several minutes trying out different ideas, Sending out waves trying to shape the water into orbs that I float up and out of the water source, I then shape the floating orb into a Kunai and bring it to my hand. Bringing my hands off the surface of the water and float the water kunai into my hand holding it and feeling its semi-solid state in my grasp.

Kid has some talent.. hmm lets start with the techniques now, this is the time where you smile and jump with joy. Hmmm.. The first technique will be the basic use of what you already learned. It is an amazing art if not forgotten in the battle. It can be attack, defense or supplement. Start with using the feeling you had from earlier training and create small waves of water in the puddle, make the bowl empty itself using the wave. Next use the same technique to form water out of your OWN chakra. Create swords or pillars or whatever you wish?

(Suiton No Jutsu) - Water technique
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary/Attack/Defence
Range: Short-Mid
Damage Points:20
Description: Creates small waves of water, small blasts, and small shields of water.
Note: Doesn't require a water source but can be used to manipulate existing water.

I let the water kunai i had been holding lose shape and drop the water back into the bowl.

I then focus on my chakra, remembering the feeling of water filling my body as my normal chakra becomes water chakra and i pour it out of my body into the bowl of water and make it come to life once more.

The water starts swirling around and i take a moment to grasp full control and have it take momentum and shape into a wave that flies out over the edge of the bowl and splashes back into the river, it takes 3 more waves to empty the bowl but i finally do it, having worked up a small sweat in the process of focusing so hard.

Phew, half way done.

I then turn my focus inward to the chakra and build up water chakra in my hands and then even more focused into my palms, thinking of the water filling my body and the water i was able to control i send a surging amount of water chakra into my hands and the water from the air starts materializing in the center of my hand, the moisture being drawn out of the air and condensed into a tangible amount of water. Once i have drawn enough water into my hands I direct my hands downward and control the chakra in the water to make the water gather around and under my feet and continue to draw more water from the air and my chakra as the water condenses it raises me up on a platform abut 3 feet into the air, I stare down at it totally focused as it raises to make sure i don't for a second lose control and drop myself.
*thinking*
This is surreal, and yet feels so natural.

"Interesting, how would you use such an amazing ability? To materialize water into almost anything you desire?"

I will use my water skills to protect the village and all of my friends. And fulfill my Way of the Ninja.

In a battle I would use it as enhancements in my taijutsu attacks (if you have seen Avatar the last airbender, like the Firebenders punch or kick and make small rapid fire blasts) in a one on one to target any weak spots or deflect weapon strikes with water shields. In a group vs me type fight I'd make it into wide spread waves and blades thrown rapidly back to back to unbalance my foes.

IRL i would help in natural disasters or make a lot of purified water to share with the world letting 3rd world countries have clean water.

"Really liked your answers, probably the most unique ones I have ever heard of. Now we move on to manipulating a larger source of water, once you are able to do so we will start the real training."
Timeskip; Blizzard takes you to the flowing river that is caused by melting glaciers on the very north, outside of Iwagakure.
"This should do it, now remember to meditate. The most important thing in using water style techniques is to have a calm mind, able to impose the will on water itself. Create about 4 feet high waves in the direction of the flow of the river."

Standing in front of the flowing river, I take a second to look around me, to appreciate the scenery around me. The trees, the soft blue sky and the river all come together to give me a sense of peace and relaxation. I think to myself that everything in nature corresponds with each other, that everything is linked. I find my inner peace within the realm of my environment. I gaze upon the crystallized water, the river being clear enough to see my own reflection.

I take a deep breathe and think of all the troubles, the sorrows, and the trials and tribulations and let them go as I exhale.

Okay. I'm ready.
Standing in front of the current, I think back to the first task Blizzard assigned me. I remember the feeling of pure water filling my body, coursing through my veins and my spirit. I channel the water chakra from my core, embracing it as it spreads through my whole body. I push the chakra to my fingertips, spreading my arms at a low level with my palms open. As I start spreading my arms, a small geyser forms in the middle of the stream. As I stretch my arms further, the geyser begins to form into a small wall of water, widening the more my arms stretch out. I continue this slowly until I reach an approximate length of four feet.

I take one last deep breathe.
I am the water. The water is me.
As I start to exhale, I begin lifting my spread arms cautiously in the air, channeling the chakra to flow along with my movements. The wall slowly starts to rise in the air matching my body movements. Keeping steady, focused entirely on my task, I get the water to about three feet in length. I pause for a brief moment, then thrust my hands forward while reaching almost as high as my arms will go. I thrust my palms forward, the force causing the wave to roll in a tide like motion following the path of the current.

Watching the wave flow with the stream, I mentally review what I just did, and understand the connection of me and the water.

Raising my left hand, I create a similar wave of water controlling it with more ease then before. After I create the wave with my left hand, I raise my right hand palm out creating a replica if the first wave directly behind it. I thrust both hands forward causing the waves to follow in line with the current of the river. I watch the waves move with the stream and become part of the whole body once again.

One more.
I ground myself and raise my open palms to create one last wave, feeling the flow of the water throughout me. I raise the wave to four feet, and give one final thrust at a velocity faster than the first few, causing the current to form around the wave and increase the flow of the rivers speed.

As the last wave diminishes, I look over at Blizzard with a look of question hoping that I am continuing to impress Blizzard-Sempai.

"Fair enough, but you are too far behind the actual grasp of using it for defense and offense, don't think too light of the element of water, you will drown yourself in it. We will start off my using the concept of motion that you learn to break apart every single molecule of water and turn them into mist." Blizzard moves forward closer to the water surface and then steps over it. Walking slowly to the center amazingly keeping balance. "Watch.." he says raising his hand and slamming them together and within seconds the air around them becomes thicker and thicker, and soon the mist covers the entire area, thick enough to not see a single thing through it. "Loosing sight is disadvantageous but if you know how to use it at will and to be really cautious it can be your weapon. Try it when the mist disappears." He cancels the jutsu and soon the mist fades away revealing him back to his position near a rock.

Watching Blizz-sempai create the mist I stand amazed at this new technique and as the mist dissipates I nod and take a deep breathe and walk to the water then kneel down placing my hands on the water and mold my water chakra sending it through the water source beneath my hands holding Blizzard's words in my head I control the chakra in the water to lift the water but in much smaller amounts resulting in a fine mist to slowly raise out of the water like a ghost from the grave.

Keeping my concentration on my chakra control I carefully cause more and more water to be lifted into the air thickening the mist until an unknown amount of time has passed, losing all thought of how long I have been taking until suddenly I snap back to reality realizing I can no longer see my teacher

"Sempai!? How is that, I can't see you so I guess good" *cracks a smile even though I know you can't see it*
