Simple technique. Focus your suiton chakra into your mouth. After you have done this, i then want you to use shape manipulation to change the shape of the chakra into a water bullet. I then want you to release the bullet, soaking that tree

Advantages: A quick and easy jutu to use that can dowse a large area in water making it vulnerable to a follow up lightning jutsu (eg. electromagnetic murder)

Disadvantages Ummmm... Its not that powerful of jutsu so it can be easily overpowered and the impact (unless from a large summon) would not be that intense.

Handseals: Narutopedia says the Tiger hand seal.

Performing the technique I perform the tiger hand seal (is it needed in the RP since it is not stated in the jutsu description?) and gather my suiton chakra into the back of my throat. I then use shape manipulation on the chakra to change it into a mass of water shaped like a bullet. As I open my mouth and release the water bullet, I use more shape manipulation on the water bullet to impart spin onto it, giving it a stable trajectory as it flies toward the target.

Description: After waving the Tiger hand seal the user slams his foot to the ground, causing water to rise up and travel towards his target as a slicing jet.

Very simple but useful technique. I want you to focus your sution chakra, then perform the tiger handseal . After you have done those two steps i want you to stop your foot on the ground, but not too hard allowing water to rise up and travel towards your opponent.
