So basically not exactly water all the time, but liquids. Ice and Boil are both water varrients although they're KG that mix another element to get to those other states of matter. Specifically for this method, 'alternative releases' of water Release (pertaining to it's liquid state) are techniques that are liqued but not exactly water or not all of them at least right?

It's basically jutsus under Suiton but are not water as you know it.

(Suiton: Mizuame Nababara) - Water Style: Starch Syrup Capture Field

Description: The user After performing the required hand seals Ram → Tiger spits out high-viscosity, chakra infused water, aimed at a surface of wide scope. This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand

This one acts as a Stream technique, in a sense you spit out a large quantity of syrup and create a large pond with it.

(Suiton: Kokuun) - Water Style: Black Clouds

Description: Creates small black clouds, which cover the area flammable oil.

The one creates clouds in the sky which quickly start raining down oil.

Lol, I don't have any questions. Though I will admit I find myself having difficulty coming up with Elemental Customs :ghehe: I've always been Genjutsu orriented in my custom thinking. The same goes for Custom Elements, though I don't plan on making a custom Element until I first master all the elements and have a strong enough understanding of each individual one to construct one.....that and until I reach the appropriate rank :ghehe:

These are a series of jutsus that do not fit the rest, for they explore different properties of Water:

These stand as the ability to create rainclouds, which will produce rain with different abilities:

(Suiton: Ukojizai no Jutsu) - Water Style: Rain Tiger at Will Technique

Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

These will allow you to sense your opponent by sensing the interruptions of chakra. Likewise, they act as a way for you to confuse your opponent's chakra sensing abilities, as he/she will sense your chakra on every drop, preventing him/her from pin pointing your location.

(Suiton: Uramiame no Jutsu) - Water Release: Grudge Rain Technique

Description: The user will first perform Dog hand seal and then the user create a large storm cloud, which in turn produces rain. The large amount of rain then turns into a large wave of water and sweeps the enemy off their feet. While the targets are trapped in the water, their chakra will slowly be drained away. Chakra draining properties last for two turns.

This will create rain that then forms a large wave of water, which you can direct towards your opponent. The water is special in a sense that it drains chakra from your opponent.

(Suiton Hijutsu: Kirisame) - Water Release Secret Technique: Mist Rain

Chakra cost: 15 (+5 per turn active)
Damage points: N/A (-10 to opponents ninjutsu)
Description: A technique known by Kirigakure Shinobi where the user first performs the following hand seals Ram → Dog → Rat and then they make it rain. Any chakra that comes into contact with this rain will be eaten and reduces the power of the techniques by -10 damage. This technique lasts three turns.
Note: Can only be used by biographies from the Hidden Mist.

This jutsu works similarly, but instead of draining your opponent's chakra directly, it drains it from your opponent's attacks, reducing their strength. You can use this technique because of your Mangetsu bio affiliation with Kirigakure, and you may only use it with characters from Kirigakure/Hidden Mist.

(Suiton: Mizu Kawarimi) - Water Style: Water Replacement

Description: The user can freely transform his body into liquid. This form allows him to avoid taking direct damage from many physical attacks but can not attack while in this form.

This is very similar to the hydration technique. It basically turns your body into water, allowing you to dodge attacks. This technique is less powerful than the Hydration technique.

(Suiton: Suichuu Teigen no Jutsu) – Water Release: Underwater Motion Technique

Description: This Technique allows the user to properl themselves through a body of water by using their chakra. While underwater, this technique will also partially mask the users prescence.
Note: Must be a large water source such as a lake to use.

Uses water chakra to not only propel you through water, it also masks your presence with a coat of chakra.

(Suiton: Mizugakure no jutsu) - Water Release Hidden amongst water

Description: The user will manipulate their chakra and then blend in with a water source to be undetected by the enemy for a short period of time. However Sensory Ninja and Doujutsu users can find the enemy easily within the water source.

Similar to the above one, but instead of propelling you, it simply masks you, thus being more powerful in terms of camouflage than the first.

I have a question, for that mist Rain Technique, against Fire techniques that were used within it (given somebody would consider using fire under sed conditions) would it weaken the technique even more than the amount descirbed and the same goes for Earth only visa versa, would the earth technique reduce much since it's the elemental disadvantage to Water?

Well, using fire under rain is never a wise choice, I'd say it does weaken it more. Earth techniques should be relatively safe, but you could say they're a bit weak, so if you match them with a technique of another element, same rank, you could claim the other element wins, even if slightly. Like Wind or one rank lower Lightning, which should be equal.
