No, it isn't correct, it would just go straight through the stream, where i will simply duck, the stream advances even further while you're getting ready for the technique, meaning it would've covered you by the time i duck.

*I focus my Chakra, and channel it in my throat, i use Nature Transformation, and make water from the Chakra, afterwards, i expell a powerful stream of water, it stops the Cane with pure force, and goes after you, it pushes you off your footing and creates a pool of water below you, which then. I create (15) electrical butterflies, that shock you to death by landing peacefully on the puddle*

Nevertheless you are right that my counter is wrong,the spear wouldn't stop in mainly because of the big size difference and I would be hit by the water that would pass all around the earth spear,but there is no need for you to post further techniques(static butterflies)as we are not fighting.
Now tell me everything I asked you to do.

Pro: This can be used as a poor mans water source.
Con: Being a D-Rank, not much can come out of it.

Speed: Med-Fast (As i am imagining a bursting stream of water)

In the future make your descriptions longer and more detailed but as there really is not much to this technique l will not make you do it again.
I would just add one more pro and that is it does not require a water source and a lot of water techniques do.
I would rate the speed mid because it takes almost no time at all to perform but water and earth are the slowest moving elements.ln the future also please write why have you rated the speed that way with a little more description.
And one more thing you do not have to include the part when it hits my counter in your performing description you just tell me is it valid or no and why in the later question.

(Kirigakure No Jutsu) - Hidding in Mist Jutsu

Chakra Cost: 10
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.
Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source.

Focus your suiton chakra once again and once again channel it to your mouth,but this time use nature transformation to turn the chakra into mist,use a lot of chakra so you make it very thick.Then expel the mist from your mouth and cover the area which you want with it.

You can also by lifting a part of the water source perform this technique and this is a little faster.
Now perform it by exhaling it and post what I asked you.

As the mist covers the area around me,I activate my 2t Sharingan and now I see my opponents chakra signature through the mist so it makes no problem for me.Is this counter correct?

Not valid, not even EMS.

I focus my Suiton Chakra, and channell it into my Mouth. I afterwards use Nature Transformation to turn the Chakra into Mist, i concentrate a large amount of chakra in my Mouth. And expel it, making sure that the Chakra is very thick, i afterwards make it cover all the area (15-20m) around you. Blocking your vision.

Pro: Even the Sharingan can't see through this. Byakugan can i think tho.

Con: You can't see through the mist yourself, unless if you are a Kiri-nin. You are from Kirigakure indeed.

Speed: Fast
Why: Because it's like breathing out, just it's thick Chakra Mist that's being expelled.

Also good just a little bit better description would be awesome.
Pro:It is long range,and the Rinnengan also can't see through the mist because it is made from the users chakra so Sharingan/Rinnengan users will see just the color of the opponents chakra all around the battlefield.I don't know about MS though I will ask and let you know.
Con:It can be blew away by a powerful enough wind technique.
Speed:I think you are wrong here I would rate it slow as it isn't instant mist that appears everywhere in a second,it needs some time to spread around the battlefield.

Note: Doesn't require a water source.

Just focus your suiton chakra but this time channel it into the hand which you want.Release the chakra from your hand while using nature transformation to so it becomes water(but use a lot of chakra and make it dence,make it hold the water together so it doesn't just fall to the ground)and use shape manipulation to shape it into a sword.It will act just as a regular sword if performed correctly.

As an opponent is coming towards me with this water source I take out my katana and block his slash with it.Is this valid?

Valid, depending if it is an Elemental Blade aswell. Otherwise the water is intangible and the Katana would pass straight through.
D-Ranks can usually be blocked technique-less. Depending on which is being used.

I focus my Suiton Chakra, and Channell it into the hand which is Dominant (My Right Hand), i release the Chakra while also using Nature Transformation, making Water from the Chakra, and i focuse more chakra so it is even more dense. I "hold" the water together using my chakra, stopping Gravities effect on it, and i use Shape Manipulation to create a sword of water, i make a clone, it pulls out it's sword, and engages me in a Kenjutsu battle, the clone tries blocking my slash, but my water sword passes straight through, making the clone disperse.

Pro: A makeshift weapon for Close-Quarters Combat (CQC)

Con: It isn't that great, a CW would be much better.

Speed: N/A
Why: as it is a normal sword pretty much. I would think that the speed is aswell.

Wrong it is not intangible it is solid,as I said just like a regular sword if you want to make it intangible you would have to stop channeling chakra through the sword which would result in it just becoming regular water and falling down.Thus my counter is valid.
I like the description this time(apart from the above which is wrong)keep it up!
pro's,con's yeah there's not much to it..
Speed I would say fast as it is created really quickly in your hand.But yes while you are wielding it it has normal sword speed and abilities.

Similar to the previous just it's a shield.Focus your suiton chakra and channel it to your arm,release it there while using nature transformation to turn your chakra into water(again make it dense like in the previous one so the water is held together by the chakra)and then as you create the water use shape manipulation to shape it into a shield of water that is just like a normal shield.

As this is a defensive technique I will attack you and you tell me will the shield protect you.
I throw several shuriken towards you and I inflame them so shurikens engulfed in fire travel towards you.

Not all,if the opponent uses ( Katon: Kasumi Enbu no Jutsu ) - Fire Release: Mist Blaze Dance Technique and spreads the gas all around you and then ignites it you wouldn't be able to stop it with your shield.
Another con can be if you try to block lightning with this it will be conducted into you and electrocute you.

I will now simulate a battle scenario and attack you,you have to defend by using some of the 4 techniques you have just learned.

I throw two kunai's with explosive tags on them towards you and quickly follow up by exhaling a small bright fireball at you.

As a shark of water is send towards me I swing my sword and in the arc it's swung the sword releases a sharp stream of wind which cuts through the shark and continues towards my opponent.Is it good?

Yes it is valid. The wind would just cut straight through the shark, disorting the chakra and stuffz.

I begin channelling and focusing chakra into my Abdomen, and i release it, moving it to a nearby water source. I manipulate the Chakra and make the Water gather in a single spot. Making it easier for me to use the jutsu, i afterwards use Shape Manipulation to make water rise out of the water source, i use Shape Manipulation once again to make a Water Shark from the water, and use my Chakra to make it propell itself above you, and i send it down on you again, it afterwatds gets cut by the Jutsu you used

Pro: Can be used as a surprise attack
Why: Becaue i can use it on a water source behind the opponent

Con: Requires water sources, which are usually disallowed.

Speed: Medium
Why: Becaue i think it takes time for it to; For, Jump, Propell.

All correct,one more big disadvantage is it's short range.
Somewhere between medium and fast because it takes almost no time to perform,water is one of the slowest elements but as it can go only in short range it hits the opponent quickly.

Description: After the user performs a series of 3 hand seals Rat → Dog → Ox, the user creates a whip of water that can be used to strike the opponent with a lashing action or wrap around the target to bind them. This technique can also have lightning techniques channeled through when they have bound their victim with the water whip.

Focus your chakra into your dominant hand and perform the hand seals:Rat → Dog → Ox,release the chakra from your hand,while using nature manipulation to turn it into water and shape manipulation to shape it into a long whip,again keep you chakra streaming through it so it keeps the water together.
You can then lash the opponent or bind him with it,it will be hard for him to escape because it is made from your chakra.

As I'm bound by this whip,I release electricity from my body which is channeled at my opponent through his whip and electrocutes him,making him release me.Is this a good counter?
