Ok,first tell me everything you know about Water Release,it's strengths,weakness,how is water chakra generated,with what elements it is good to use in combinations and a few users in the series.

•Strengths: Weighty, Supplied in many places such as; Lakes, Oceans, Rivers, Containers (Bottles, Wells, Tanks, etc etc...) and can tank near-all Katon jutsu.

•Weaknesses: Slow (somewhat), Can conduct electricity (Both adv and Disadv, but more of an Disadvantage...), Earth, as it will suck up all the water and turn into Mud/Swampy substance that will cover the user, and the Solidness of Earth can simply tank water.

•How: It is generated by; Imagining the caracters of Water, such as: Wet, Dampy, Agile, Slimy, Weightfull, and focusing on ones chakra, creating; Water Release.

•Elemental Combinations:
Lightning/Raiton: This is a more-popular way of Elemental Combinations, mostly because Water is such a great conductor of electricity. They boost eachothers powers, as the Water would conduct the Electricity, shocking the opponent, and in most cases: Killing them

Wind/Fuuton: An "O-kay" combination, Wind and Water can be combined in ways such as; Creating Water Vortexs', moving Water in many ways, allowing it to be manipulated, adding Cutting Abilities to some water jutsu.

Fire/Katon: Altho Water puts out Fire, Fire + Water = Steam, it gives a Stratigical Value, but not much damage.

Pretty good,however,not all earth techniques will turn the water into mud and render it unusable.

It is also strong to Storm because a large Water source can also be used to diffuse the Lightning from storm release.
Also it has a strength to Dark release because even if a Dark release technique absorbs the chakra from the water technique it won't absorb the water itself.
One more strength is that when you use a widespread water technique and the opponent makes a thin pillar of earth,the water will pass all around the pillar,getting to the other side.So it's viscous state is an advantage also.

For similar reasons why it is weak to earth,water is weak to Wood Release,Steel Release and Crystal Release.
For obvious reasons water is very weak to ice and has a double weakness to it.
It has also a double weakness towards Scorch release as Scorch techniques dehidrate the water so nothing is left.

When used in combination with wind based techniques they increase the speed,range and overall power of the water technique.And when you use powerful,high temperature fire techniques with water techniques it can create vapour witch can scorch the opponent.With earth you can create mud if you need it.

Alright,before we can start learning Water Release techniques you will need to learn how to harness and use your water chakra.Here take this leaf and put it between your hands.*Gives you a leaf*I now want you to gather and focus your water chakra within your body.Once you gather the chakra in your body,I want you to channel it towards your hands,feel the chakra flowing through your body,focus the wind chakra into one point of your hands and then from there begin channeling it into the leaf.While you channel your chakra into the leaf,imagine a waterfall and a stream of water bellow,imagine yourself putting your hand into the stream and feeling the cool water.If you do it correctly the leaf should get wet.

Fak dat! *Pulls out a special Chakra Paper using my right hand from my right pocket, i concentrate and channell my chakra into my Abdomen, i focuse and stabilize the chakra while still in my abdomen, and turn it into Suiton Chakra, i send the chakra into my right arm, as i channell the Suiton Chakra accumulated in my right arm, i send the Chakra into my right hand, afterwards into my palm, and finally into my middle and index fingers, which are holding the special paper, the paper begins glowing for a half-second, and it becomes Damp and Wet, all this was i was imagining Bathtime* how was that?

And also you hold the leaf/paper between your palms,not fingers so there is no need for you to focus chakra there.

(Suiton No Jutsu) - Water technique

Type: Supplementary/Attack/Defence
Range: Short-Mid

Description: Creates small waves of water,small blasts, and small shields of water.
Note: Doesn't require a water source but can be used to manipulate existing water.

Focus your suiton chakra and then channel it into your mouth.Once it's there use nature transformation so it becomes water,once done,expel the water from your mouth whilst using shape manipulation to shape it into a stream of water.

There are different variations of the technique so you can release chakra from your hand and form a shield of water or channel it into a water source and create a small wave there..
Now perform the stream variation of it and post what I have requested from you in the first post.

As a stream of water created by this technique is coming towards me,I take a pebble from the ground and form a spear of earth in my hand,I then throw it towards the stream,this stops the stream and continues forward.Is my counter to the technique valid?
