(Suiton: Bakusui Shōha) - Water Release: Exploding Water Colliding Wave

Description: The user performs the snake hand seal and creates a large volume of water from their mouth spilling it toward the ground and lifting them up into the air. The user can also ride the wave, allowing him to travel at high speeds and attacking the enemy. The user can create a small ocean worth of water even in barren conditions and can use the water for additional techniques.


Okay after one hand seal without the need of any water source the opponent will spew a high volume of water out their mouth towards the ground, the process while spewing the water is the water will travel very fast through the ground covering the terrain as well as lift the opponent upward due to the pressure the water gives off, that can allow certain air evasions upward. Now the water can easily transform a barren wasteland to a ocean. Its great to put out fire or use the terrain to your advantage. The water can be used to ride at high speed for close range battle. This jutsu can also create its own water source for the user. Overall a handy jutsu.


(Suiton: Uramiame no Jutsu) - Water Release: Grudge Rain Technique

Description: The user will first perform the Dog hand seal and release his chakra into the atmosphere which will then create an accumulation of large storm clouds in the sky, which in turn produces rain. The large amount of rain falling all around can then be turned into a large wave of water which sweeps the enemy off their feet while wrapping around him and binding him in the flow of water around him. While the targets are trapped in the water, their chakra will slowly be drained away. The water vortex can be sustained and controlled for up to two turns as long as the user keeps the dog hand seal made.

A pretty straightforward technique. The user will do one hand seal release their chakra in the sky creating clouds which begin to rain at a tremendous rate. The rain shoots down which can create waves of water that can act to wash away the enemy when the water reaches its peaking point. Note it does take some time before it releases that much water, so be sure to keep the opponent distracted. Now the water can easily restrict the opponents movement and sap the opponents chakra away. This will weaken them further. Note you must keep your hand seal or remain concentrated to the rain fall. You can keep it going for two turns. I recommend getting a clone or ally to do the hand seal and you can send attacks while the opponent is restricted. The rain can even be used as your own water source.

First Jutsu:
Perform the technique:
I mold my raw charka into my mouth. Once I have enough raw charka I focus my mind on a tsunami which allows me to sense the raw power and speed of the ocean waves. This enables me to create water style charka but in a slightly sloppy way. In order to make sure that I completely create water style charka I add another thought into thought process. I add the thought of the tsunami crashing into the shore line and leaving vast devastation along the coast line where it hit. This enables me to neaten up my water style charka so that it is regular water charka that I molded. I than proceed to make the following hand seal Snake. Once that is done I take a deep breath and exhale. As that is happening I release my charka into my breath. This causes water to appear out of my mouth. I focus my mind on an image of an ocean wave. This forces my charka to hit the ground and lift me into the air using my charka I turn it into a wave and ride it towards my foe.
Creative uses/strengths:
- One of the advantages to using this jutsu in a fight in to enable access to a water source for jutsus that require a large water source. The jutsu can enable you to force your opponent back and create a lake for you to follow up with a large water source required jutsu
- Another advantage to the jutsu is the speed and pressure it creates. Since your releasing a large amount of water directly into the ground this the pressure to build up in the water sending a huge amount of water at your opponent at high speeds.
Drawbacks/counters:
- A flaw with this jutsu I noticed is that while your riding the wave an opponent can send a B rank lightning style jutsu to electrify the water and stun you.
- Another flaw with the jutsu is that it leaves you wide open for an attack while your releasing the water. If the opponent times it correctly he could use the water to impale you against stone before you can stop the water or maneuver around it

Second Jutsu:
Perform the technique:
I mold my raw charka into my hands. Once I have enough raw charka I focus my mind on the thought of a torrential rain. This enables me to feel the rain I want to create unfortunately instead of turning my charka into water style charka I shaped manipulated my charka into what I wanted to happen. In order to make sure my charka changed to water style I focused on the soothing beach water as the rain passed the coastline. This time my charka started to change into water charka however I need to add something else to make sure it did and I add an inlet of water that was getting dumped on by the water. With that I successfully mold my raw charka into water charka. I than proceed to make the following hand seal Dog. Once that is done I release my charka into the air this causes a large storm cloud to appear and start raining heavily down on my opponent.
Creative uses/strengths:
- This jutsu is rather effective against your opponent because it slows him down while you set up for another offensive jutsu to mortally wound your opponent
- Another advantage to this jutsu is that it can drain your opponent of his charka. This could be useful to enable you the advantage of having extra charka to spare while your opponent is drastically loosing charka
Drawbacks/counters:
- The only major flaw with this jutsu is the fact that it should be done with two people. After all one needs to use the proper hand seal or maintain focus on the jutsu in order for the jutsu to stay active

Questions:
Is the -50 per turn aimed at you or your opponent?
Would it be possible to turn the clouds into thunder clouds to set up for the Kirin

5- (Suiton: Suiryuudan no Jutsu) - Water Style: Water Dragon Bullet Technique is an effective technique since it can used at three different levels. However it stays at number five because unless you have a water mastery where you can do water jutsus in one hand seal it requires to many hand seals to be of any use in battle.
4- (Suiton: Teppoudama) - Water Release: Gunshot is very useful however it comes in at number four because of how much skill it requires to be used correctly. Most jutsus have a form where you can control its size or speed however with this one if you reduce its speed its power increase along with its size. Which means your timing for this jutsu has to be perfect otherwise you will be unable to do anything with the jutsu.
3- (Suiton: Seiryusho ) - Water Release: Azure Dragon Palm while this technique has a limited range it is still usable in the area of combat it has. If you think your move out correctly you can give yourself an overwhelming advantage with the jutsu. However if your opponent counters with a lightning jutsu and the water is still on your hand your kind of screwed.
2- (Suiton: Funshutsu Mizu Kinko) - Water Release: Gushing Water Imprisonment this technique is effective for when your fighting multiple opponents and you have a few shadow clones at ready. This would be the point in time to use this technique and immobilize a few of your targets however once the jutsu is released you have to be wary of what the trapped person is doing.
1- (Suiton: Haran Banshō) - Water Release: Stormy Blockade the reason this jutsu takes number one and not any of the others is because instead of creating a weakness it actually enables the user to add another jutsu on top of the one he just casted. This jutsu could act as a water source for large jutsus like number five.

Description: After doing the needed hand seals Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Ram → Boar → Ox → Horse → Monkey → Tiger → Dog → Tiger → Snake → Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Bird, extends water over a large scale, surges and rises up to several dozen meters high. Then it streams down to the ground in one big cascade, much like a gigantic waterfall. In doing so, it resembles a huge wave, with tremendous power that can hollow out the ground. What remains after that technique's utilization is reminiscent of no less than the aftermath of a natural disaster. This is a considerably advanced ninjutsu, and activating this technique requires a fair amount of chakra.
Note: Technique Requires a water source.

Another very long hand seal set jutsu which is probably the biggest downside but it is a great jutsu I recommend it. After performing the hand seals the user will manipulate water in the nearest water source to rise and then release it towards the opponent as a powerful wave of water. The sheer power can push an opponent back serious meters as well as catch him in the water, since it moves so fast the opponent will barely be able to move let alone use a jutsu while being washed away. It can cause terrain change which basically can destroy trees with ease and flood the whole area with water, this can harm fire users as well as destroy areas of mountains and damp the ground. It is a devastating streaming technique that can be used as a finisher. Covers a very wide and long range as well.

I mold my raw charka into my hands. Once I have the required I focus on the thought of a rogue wave. This allows me to understand the vast power of the ocean and how it interacts with the wind. Once again I secure the shape of my charka into a giant wave but fail to make it water charka. I than proceed to think about the currents in the ocean and how sea turtles ride them to get from place to place. This allows me to understand the requirements of water style and to my surprise the charka starts to change into water. This time I let the change occur at its standard pace so I can do the following hand seals Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Ram → Boar → Ox → Horse → Monkey → Tiger → Dog → Tiger → Snake → Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Bird. Once I completed the hand seals which happens to be when all of the required charka is turned into water I release it into the lake to my left. I use my charka to force the water in the lake into a giant wave to go and crush my opponent.
Creative uses/strengths:
- An advantage to the jutsu I saw was its raw destructive power. Since this attack can change the terrain it could be useful if your opponent has the overwhelming advantage in say a forest and you need a way to destroy the forest and attack your opponent at the same time
- Another advantage I saw was the focus that you can use the jutsu at any range this could enable you to send it at close range and send your opponent long range.
Drawbacks/counters:
- A major flaw I noticed was the series of hand seals it requires. The seals could make it extremely difficult to preform in battle against a decent opponent.
- Another flaw in the jutsu is the fact that you need a water source in most battlefields you will not have access to a water source and the other hand if you are clever enough you can make your own water source

(Suiton: Senkogenma Kujo) – Water Release: Flash Grinding Destruction

Description: As his opponent is standing on a source of water, the user will create. four sharks of water. Those sharks will rush at their target, come out and knock the opponent high into the air. breaking several of his bones in the process. Then, as his enemy is in a very vulnerable position, the user can freely attack with swords or other ninja techniques.
Note: Requires a water source.

Okay your opponent will have to be on the water source. The user will summon 4 sharks of normal size which race towards the opponent, note you must keep concentrated towards the sharks during their attack. Then they will all try to clash with the opponent aiming to send him high into the air. After that, the sharks are released and you can begin to the next jutsu which can be anything. The opponent will be in the air with several broken bones so a simple finisher is what I recommend, the sharks are able to follow the opponent up to short range as long as the user keeps concentration towards them.

Description: This defensive jutsu creates a wall of water around the user. The user will use the following hand seals to activate the technique Tiger → Snake → Rat → Snake → Tiger. Enemy attacks are completely intercepted by a fence of water blown out from the mouth, and is raised from below with tremendous might. The water is blown out in the form of a circle around the user, and it makes for a defence without openings. It is also possible for the user to control the amount of water and duration at will. Furthermore, because the field of vision is maintained even while defending one can easily go on to the next move, which is a great advantage. The wall can also be formed from a pre-existing water source.

A great defensive jutsu. The user after doing the long but required hand seals they will spew out a large amount and form it around themselves in a circle and acts as a barrier. This jutsu is very efficient defense being A-Rank in power it can easily be able to intercept many attacks. It has no openings neither making it quite solid for your benefit. Now a great advantage is though its a dense water wall their field of vision is still in tact and basically can still see through the water and notice everything going on. It takes away the disadvantage many defensive walls have. Also this water cna be manipulated as well to make attacks with it. So you can both defend and attack by manipulating it as your own water source.

First Jutsu
Perform the technique:
I mold my raw charka into my feet. Once I have enough raw charka I focus on the thought of few great white sharks swimming through the ocean. I focus more on how the water interacts with the sharks enabling my charka to change its nature to water style. While maintaining focus on the water aspect I also focus on the shape of the shark in the water. Once I have enough water charka I release it into the water and focus more on my shape manipulation. Once the water charka is released I focus more on the shark aspect of it while focusing my charka into four sharks to swim at my opponent. After a bit four sharks appear and do just that.
Creative uses/strengths:
- One of the strengths of this jutsu is that it can track your opponent. This could be useful in combination when you have a clone on the field. However the user must focus on the attack to make sure it follows the opponent
- Another advantage to this jutsu is it leaves your hands free. This could be useful when facing multiple opponents in combat.
Drawbacks/counters:
- A drawback to this technique is the fact that it can't go past short range. This leave the technique rather limited in usage limit
- Another limitation to the jutsu is the fact that you need to maintain focus on the jutsu. This could leave you wide open in battle if you don't have a clone around

Second Jutsu:
Perform the technique:
I mold my raw charka into my mouth. Once I have the required I focus on the thought of a regular wave landing on the beach. This allows me to understand the defensive power of the ocean waves and their simplicity. Once again I secure the shape of my charka into a simple wave but fail to make it water charka. I than proceed to think about how the waves take oxygen into the water. This allows me to understand how water reacts to everything in its surroundings. This time I let the change occur at its standard pace so I can do the following hand seals Tiger → Snake → Rat → Snake → Tiger. Once I completed the hand seals which happens to be when all of the required charka is turned into water I release it into the air from my mouth as I exhale. I use my charka to force the water in the air to form into a wave that will protect me from on coming attacks in all directions.
Creative uses/strengths:
- An advantage to this jutsu is the fact that it doesn't require a water despite it size. Since this technique forms a wall in front of the use it has to be big enough to protect the user from large attacks like the grand fireball.
- Another advantage to this jutsu is it can be use to distract your opponent from what your shadow is doing giving the clone enough time to kill them
Drawbacks/counters:
- The main flaw is that it requires so many hand seals making its use rather inconvenient in battle when many jutsu require only a couple of hand seals.
- Another flaw is the fact that you have to end this jutsu to start your next move and thus take down a defense you might need

(Suiton: Kōka Suijin) - Water Release: Hard Whirlpool Water Blade

Description: The user makes the water under the enemy explode, launching them into the air. Then the user jumps above the enemy and creates a large whirlpool around his arm, striking the enemy with it and creating a large water explosion.
Note: Water source required.

A multiple performance jutsu. The user will create a water pool under the opponent and launch them in the air, at the same time they are launched the user will also jump and appear from behind generating a large amount of water around his arm and strike the opponent. Causing a very large explosion of water. Evasion is tough mid-air as well as it is very deadly for a jutsu. The opponent will have several broken bones and surviving this jutsu would be tough. Now this is a combo in itself but being able to distract the opponent before hand is best. Also if you are ever launched in the air, it will not cause harm, the damage comes from the punch. Best thing to do while mid-air is create a armor, or try to blow away.


(Suiton: Mizu no Tatsumaki) - Water Release: Tornado of Water

Description: After performing the Ram → Horse → Bird the user is able to create a technique that utilizes water to create a spinning water vortex around the user. The water vortex acts both as a barrier and an attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious.
Note: Requires a nearby water source

Okay after doing 3 hand seals the user will manipulate a near by water source close range of them and manipulate it to spin around the user as a tornado. The main purpose of the vortex is to simply defend from incoming attacks since it can be used as a barrier as well as if the opponent is hit by the barrier it can easily impale them as well as push them back due to the force it gives off. The user is able to move around up to long range and can attack multiple opponents. They move at regular speed so they are traceable with the naked eye. Two obvious ways to counter is the opponent will be open to lightning attacks as well as you can simply hurt the base of the vortex on the ground so making the ground shake will force it to disperse and lose shape. Their are many other counters. You can't do any other jutsu attack while performing this technique and must keep focus on it. Also as seen when used in the anime you can see through the vortex making it able for you to move freely.

First Jutsu:
Perform the technique:
I mold my raw charka into both my feet and hands. Once I have enough raw charka I focus on the thought of another whirlpool this time in a place where it could restrict ship movements. This changes the nature of charka in my feet to water style but starts shape manipulating the charka in my hands because of how I viewed the whirlpool. In order to make sure that I changed my charka to water style I focused on the image of a water. This causes the charka in my feet to shape manipulate into a cone upside down and the charka in my hands starts to change into water style. Once I have enough water charka in my feet I release it into the water to force my water charka to force the water to send my opponent into mid air. Once that is completed I than jump into the air at that precise moment the charka in my hands turns to water. I than transfer all the charka in my right hand to my left hand. After that I release my charka. This causes a whirlpool of water to appear around my hand and strike my opponent.
Creative uses/strengths:
- A great jutsu to use when you have a shadow clone to make sure your opponent can't figure out your current location and prevent you from completing the jutsu
- Another advantage to this jutsu is it can take an opponent out of the fight especially if you combo it up with an A rank Genjutsu. The first part of the technique won't do enough damage to release the opponent out of the genjutsu (Or am I mistaken)
Drawbacks/counters:
- A drawback to this technique is the fact that it requires a water source. This can limit its usage when most opponents won't fight you near a water source
- Another limitation to the jutsu is the fact that your opponent can counter effectively with a simple wind jutsu to get out of the path or form some sort of armor to enhance their defense in between strikes

Second Jutsu:
Perform the technique:
I mold my raw charka into my hands. Once I have the required I focus on the thought of a simple tornado forming over water and picking water up. This allows me to understand the defensive power of the ocean in combination with its offensive ability. This time my charka starts shape manipulating into a tornado shape and water style charka happen. After that I focus on the image of a whirlpool happening near the tornado. This allows me to complete the shape manipulation and the charka nature change to water style as I perform the following hand seals Ram → Horse → Bird. Once the bird hand seal is done I release my charka from my hands into the water nearby. This causes a tornado to appear and head towards my opponent.
Creative uses/strengths:
- An advantage to this jutsu is the fact that it can be used to defend and attack. After all what better way to counter a jutsu than with one that will also attack the enemy
- Another advantage to the jutsu is that it can be used right after a no water source technique that creates a large water source
Drawbacks/counters:
- As mentioned above this technique is rather useful with a water source however the requirement of a water source limits the locations you can use the jutsu
- Another flaw I noticed with the jutsu is that if it counters a jutsu its stays weakened. This could be a problem if you need the attack at full strength

Random Question not connected to the training: In battle can you start a technique at the same point in time as your opponent if your technique doesn't prevent him from completing the first move in the fight or is that a break in time frame?

(Suiton: Dai Bakusui Shōha) - Water Release: Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave

Description: This technique is a stronger version of exploding water colliding wave technique. The user will first perform the ram hand seal and then spits out a large amount of water that covers an entire area, with massive waves that can crush the opponent. The user then forms the water into a giant orb, instead of releasing like weaker version of the technique.

Okay now this jutsu is very similar to the weaker version and in our RP we use it the same way. The main difference is the opponent will create a giant orb of water that covers the whole area. But that is useless and mainly a double edge sword since you might hurt the opponents movement the same is done with you. The only major difference is if you have a Kisame bio who can swim and breathe under water. So basically this used the same way as the previous one just much more water, ocean like actually. As well as the water is spew with intense speed and powerful vortex that it can crash into the opponent and hurt them as well as drown them underwater. Note this is a streaming technique so you will constantly have to release it which can be dangerous.


(Suiton: Mizu Shishi) - Water Release: Water Beast

Description: The user after performing the Dog → Horse → Monkey → Ram and by manipulating a pre-existing water source and transforms it into a giant wolf-like beast. The beast can launch powerful streams of water from its mouth equivilant to B rank, or sweep the area with its claws to let a powerful torrent of water to wash away the enemies.
Note: The Water Beast remains active for three turns

One of my favorite techniques. The user will do the four required hand seals and manipulate a water source around the area to create a large wolf like beast. Its large in size and power. It can deal some serious damage by either releasing a stream of water or sending a torrent of jet claws towards the opponent as a projectile both B-Rank in power. It can be handy for us as a last resort and to always stay on the offense. Now of course to control the beast you must keep focus, which is safe to say it can harm you especially from snick attacks. So the best thing you can do is have clone or ally to keep it stable and moving. It can also be used to defend attacks since its water is very dense and hard certain attacks it can intercept. Note the beast remains on the field for 3 turns until it disperses or the opponent decides to destroy it. Simple counters is trying to lose the beasts shape. One method is making mud appear from under to lose its balance and tip over. From an attack they are quite simple and straight forward walls, evasion methods, overpowering attacks, ect. Combos are many with this tech as well.

- a strength of the jutsu is the fact that is can be used to prevent a series of hand seals from the opponent. I mean come on this is one of the fewer water style jutsus of higher rank that doesn't require like five hand seals. this makes its release all that much faster.
Drawbacks/counters:
- The main drawback that I can see is that it can harm the user as well. The fact that this jutsu is geared towards bios like Kisame means that the jutsu isn't all that effective for most users because the user could drown.
- The second fall I see with this jutsu is the amount of time it takes. Its weaker version required a lot of water but this would require you to focus on the jutsu for long periods of time and with the RP system of short and swift battles that is not very effective in battle.

Perform the technique:
I mold my raw charka into my hands. After that I focus on the image of a wolf drinking in a creek. After that I combine the two creating a wolf made out of water. This cause water charka to form very slowly as well as giving my charka the form of a wolf. As that is occurring I make the following hand seals Dog → Horse → Monkey → Ram. I than release my charka into a nearby puddle that happened to be there because a rainstorm swept through the area. After that the wolf starts to form in the water. Once it appears it sends a stream of water at a random person. (sorry for the lack of detail. Wasn't sure how to explain it)
Creative uses/strengths:
- The time frame is very effective since (assuming three posts refers to yours) it can last longer than most jutsus making it if used correctly an effective hindrance in battle.
- Another strength I see is the raw power that it has. Since most of its attacks are B rank that means you can easily harm your opponent if you combo it up with genjutsu
Drawbacks/counters:
- A flaw I noticed with the jutsu is it requires you to do a few hand seals this could be problematic if your opponent hardly uses any slowing moving jutsus or hand seal required jutsu
- Another flaw I see with this jutsu is the fact that it can lose its shape by merely hitting a wall making it kind of useless against earth based opponents

Well uhm, creating the orb is something I believe Kisame can only do, for a regular user your able to just spew a higher volume of water. I'll ask around.

(Suiton: Suiryū Kōbaku ) - Water Release: Water Dragon Biting Explosion

Description: The will clap his hands and slam them on the ground, creating a large pool of water that gushes upwards lifting the opponent into the air. After firing the enemy into the air, pool of water shoots numerous water bullets at the (now airborne) enemy while the user does the Bird → Dog → Snake → Rat hand seals which forms the water in the pool into a water dragon which attacks the target, grabbing it and forcefully bringing it crashing into the ground. Tobirama Senju does this technique with his own specific hand seals, similar to how he does some other water techniques.

One of the most advanced techniques in the water section and a personal favorite to use. The user will summon a pool of water under the opponent and then have it rise a rapid pillar which will send them high into the air. As they are in the air the user will do the hand seals required to manipulate bullets of water from the pool previously to shoot at the opponent impaling him as well as making things virtually impossible for movement while getting hit. After the bullets have hit the opponent while he is still in the air, the bullets will reform right behind him and create a large water dragon which attacks him from behind where the opponent will be unable to even notice the dragon. So they will most likely not expect or notice the dragon, the dragon will crash them from behind and carry them back to the ground with tremendous force. This jutsu as you notice has many steps to it and can be taken advantage of when to counter, the best time is when you feel the water on your feet to try and make a counter as soon as possible, don't wait when you are sent in the air for you the bullets will already be sent as the hand seals are being done so manipulating chakra will be too soon. So make sure you try to counter while the water is on your feet and while being launched you execute it. You can though create a dense armor which can help withstand the attacks as well. Its hard to make combos something basic is to distract the opponent before using this jutsu. Its a destructive jutsu and can easily harm the opponent if caught. Its a great jutsu in terms of range as well, basically anywhere the opponent is they can use it on the terrain when it comes to range.


( Suiton: Arekuruu Hayase ) - Water Release: Raging Rapids

Description: Using their skills with Water Release, the user generates a powerful vortex of water around their enemy with a swing of their arm that sends them flying upwards and then dispels it with another hand gesture. (Requires a water source).
Note: Tobirama and Mei terumi can perform this without a water source.

Similar to previous techniques. While the opponent is on a water source or close to it, short to mid range to be exact. The user will simply swing their arm and cause a water vortex to appear around the opponent. The water will then shoot the opponent high into the air, the impact it gives off when it sends the opponent in the air is where the damage happens. Certain combos can be when the opponent is in the air to send a air attack like dropping lid to crash them back down onto the ground. After they are sent in the air though you must do one more swing of the hand to stop the vortex releasing it so you can move onto the next jutsu.

First Jutsu:
Perform the technique:
I mold my raw charka into my ha nd. Once I have enough raw charka I focus my mind onto the thought of a river and how the water never seems to run out of ways to maneuver itself through the narrow banks. With that thought in mind I focus my charka until my hand feels like the water from a river bank is surrounding them and the charka slowly become slushy in feeling. Realizing that simply thinking about the flexibility of water I also add in a fog onto the river to show the free relaxed part of water. With that I successfully mold my raw charka into water style charka. I than proceed to release some of my charka into the ground by slamming my palm into it. This causes them to get sent into the air. I than preform the following hand seals Bird → Dog → Snake → Rat while forcing my charka to become a bullet that looked like a dragon by envisioning a water dragon. After that I watch as my target goes down.
Creative uses/strengths:
- It could be very effective if you need a way to set up a jutsu that requires multiple hand seals. If the jutsu is used correctly it could effectively stun your target while you set up your next attack
- Another strength I noticed was its range. Due to the fact that its got an extremely wide range its rather effective in combat to use.
Drawbacks/counters:
- A flaw I noticed was the hand seals. In battle the over all issue would be a jutsu that needs more than two hands seals this is because most opponent use no hand seal jutsu to set up big move.

Second Jutsu:
Perform the technique:
I mold my raw charka into my hands. After that I imagine my self as a water spout (tornado on water). This enables me to get an idea for the way I want to rotate my charka to send my opponent into the air. However while this is great for my charka manipulation since it forces my charka into a vortex shape it however doesn't help me change my charka nature. After that I proceed to change my thought into how the waves crash on the beach. This causes my charka to change into water based charka because of the fact that it let me feel the power of water. After that I release my charka by simply swinging my arms. This causes a vortex of water to surround my opponent and after a brief moment send him into the air.
Creative uses/strengths:
- Due to my poor grasp on the technique the only advantage I saw was the fact that it can be used to send your opponent into the air while you set up a rather powerful combo move.
Drawbacks/counters:
- A draw back is that you can't move onto the next technique until swing your arms again. This would be ineffective in a 2 vs. 2 battle because it could seriously hinder your ability to do your next move.

Description:After doing the Tiger hand seal, the user will quickly exhale a very thin stream of pressurized water that will be able to cut even rock. The most noteworthy feature of the technique is how fast the stream is and how sharp it can be. By moving his head, the user can alter the jet's cutting path, creating longer cuts or affecting bigger targets.

Okay one of the more destructive jutsus when it comes with precision. You will first do one hand seal and release a very thin stream of water that is heavily condensed. It has the slicing power to cut through trees with ease and other material. Needless to say it can impale the opponent with ease on contact. Its a very fast moving jutsu when released as well, it has the type of speed that reminds me of a standard wind jutsu. The user while releasing the stream can move their head around to redirect the attack how they want, this means you can attack multiple opponents or constructs at once. It can travel a long range as well giving mobility to it. Being a stream technique you have to constantly send it meaning it might not work well with combos alone, it could work as a good finisher though but know that it can leave you open.

Description: The user inhales and molds a great amount of chakra into their chest, exhaling a very large quantity of water in the form of a powerful torrent towards their intended target. The stream of water is so powerful and concentrated it can rip through most obstacles in its path. The stream itself contains so much concentrated water that it can flood medium to large sized depressions of the battle field in relatively short amounts of time.

A destructive jutsu very quick to perform the user will release a large bullet of highly focused water. It has a large amount of water and the torrent of water has the power to easily destroy anything in its path including trees and many materials. The amount of water can easily flood the entire, that same water you can use for yourself to manipulate for other jutsus. Now this jutsu is mainly projectile based but due to the amount of water sent it will take some time before you fully send it, its why you should use it as a finisher in combos. Its a very fast moving technique as well as being mobile in range. Its one of my favorites to use.

First technique:
Perform the technique:
I mold my raw charka into my mouth. As that is occurring I focus my thoughts on some random stream moving at a very fast pace. In my thought I watch as the earth gets shredded by the stream and gets moved down stream. This causes my charka to start turning into water style charka. Once my mouth feels like water is starting to accumulate there I preform the Tiger hand seal. I than focus more on the smooth flow of the stream and the power that it naturally has. This completes my charka nature change. I than release my charka by exhaling. As that is occurring I force my charka into a jet of water by focusing on the thought of a pressurized water sprinkle used to peeling away paint. This causes a very thin stream of pressurized water to appear and cut through some random boulder.
Creative uses/strengths:
- I find the range of this technique rather useful considering the fact that most people forgot about how distance affects the battlefield and the way the jutsus are used. Range is a key thing against certain opponents in battle.
- Another strength I see is its raw cutting power. The cutting power is useful in battle in case the opponent has some sort of earth technique defending him like an earth wall or something natural like an boulder.
Drawbacks/counters:
- A flaw I noticed is the fact that your head controls its trajectory. This could be a problem if your opponent decides to use a terrain changing technique to affect what the location looks like.

Second technique:
Perform the technique:
I mold my raw charka into my mouth as I take a deep breath in through my nose. Once I have enough raw charka I focus my mind onto the thought of a cloud in the sky and how water forms the cloud. With that thought in mind I focus my charka until my mouth feels like the sky and starts to get a rather moist sensation to it as if water started to form in my mouth. Noticing that simply thinking about how the clouds are created wasn't enough I focused my charka onto the additional thought of a sphere of water. This causes me to successfully mold water charka at which point I focus my mind on changing the shape of the jutsu. I envision the jutsu looking something like a water dragon bullet technique that simply stays a torrent of water. To make sure that the water stays a torrent I focus on how the currents are a form of a torrent of water and release my charka as I exhale. This causes my charka to turn a simple torrent of water.
Creative uses/strengths:
- A strength I noticed was its destructive force. Unlike most water jutsu which are focused more on piercing power this jutsu is actually very powerful at harming the opponent with its raw power.
- Another strength I noticed was the fact that it has a wide range. Since it can reach long range most people will get affected by it making it ideal against multiple enemies.
Drawbacks/counters:
- A flaw that seems to be apparent is its sheer size. This gives the enemy sometime to evade the technique before it fully forms.
- A flaw I noticed with the jutsu is the overall time it takes for the jutsu to occur. This is mainly because of how much raw charka it takes over all. However it might not be an effective jutsu to use against weaker opponents.

( Suiton: Suijinchū ) - Water Release: Water Encampment Pillar

Description: A defensive technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into water, and then expelled from the mouth in a dense torrent, effectively creating a near instantaneous barricade that can be used to intercept incoming attacks.

Okay now this is water most powerful defense known. You will simply spew out from your mouth a dense torrent of water that will take the shape of a pillar wall, it can intercept many attacks with ease being of how high ranked it is. The water pillar can be set anywhere from short to mid range. Now a little touch to the jutsu is this, when you have the pillar intercept a attack it can overpower and move forward as a wave, their it can move up to long range. Though it does not have no damage potency it is just like a wave of water, you can even summon the pillar alone to have it move forward, this can create your own water source which is handy.

This helps me understand the shape that I want the charka to be in because it helps me visual a wall of water first than a wave that comes crashing down. This helps me shape manipulate my charka into a pillar of water that will turn into a wave and head towards my opponent. Realizing that I am focusing on the wrong aspect of water I than focus my mind on the ocean itself. This allows me to understand the power behind the water of the Tsunami. However this only causes my charka to turn into a slushy form. With my last thought I imagine waves crashing against the beach and this allows me to finally knead water charka. After that I spew my charka from my mouth and into the air as I exhale. This causes a torrent of water to appear and defend myself against incoming attacks.
Creative uses/strengths:
- A strength I see is the fact that it can be used as a powerful defensive technique. This would be extremely useful against large scale attack.
- Another strength is that the jutsu acts as a water source. The water from this jutsu could be used for the next jutsu you need like a water dragon bullet.
Drawbacks/counters:
- A flaw I noticed was the jutsu's lack of attack power. Since the jutsu can be used to counter attack after defending against an attack the lack of damage makes it rather useless.
- Another flaw I noticed is that the torrent of water will require time to fully appear giving faster paced techniques time to hit you
