Water Prison Jutsu, plot holes?

Question 1: Before Kakashi got caught in Zabuza's Water Prison, he noted the water was heavy -

If Zabuza didn't even make a hand sign for the Water Prison prior to Kakashi saying that, then why was/what made the water heavy?

Question 2: When Zabuza used the Water Prison Jutsu on Kakashi, why was Kakashi still able to breathe, however when Kisame used it on Tenten, Lee, and Neji, they couldn't?

If you say Kakashi kneaded chakra into the water during when he was putting up the mist while standing on the water, then why didn't Kakashi know why the water was heavy, with his Sharingan, he would've been able to see the chakra in the water

He didn't start the jutsu first because the databook even states the Water Prison tech consists of 8 handsigns and Zabuza performed 8 after Kakashi said that

Ot: the water was heavy because it had just been used to make the mist meaning zabuza chacra was just used in the water making it heavy, and kakashi can hold his breath longer, just like killer bee held it longer then the other guy

This may surprise you, but I never even read half of the manga that Zabuza was in, I just remember it from the anime

And there are flaws in your theory, the water that Zabuza used to make the mist was lifted up into the air, it wouldn't still be packed into the water.

Also, if it was just Kakashi holding his breathe, then how was he yelling to Team 7 to run and talked to them about Zabuza's past? He surely would have ran out of breathe.

And if he did knead his chakra into the water during the time he put up the mist, then why couldnt Kakashi see the chakra with his Sharingan? He wouldn't have been surprised

Yes he could, if he couldn't then how was he able to yell to Team 7 to run away and talk to everybody about Zabuza's past, you can't talk when you can't breathe.
