Perform the technique:
Patsuta raises his hand, weaving a handsign to focus his chakra into the nearby puddle. As he does, he shapes his chakra into a needle and manipulates the water into such. As the needles raise, Patsuta thrusts his arm out, sending the needles towards the dummy, puncturing it as the needles connect.
Creative uses/strengths: This jutsu could be used in conjunction with various others. It could be used with Fuuton jutsu for a more deadly range and accuracy as well as power, or could be used in conjunction with other jutsu of its element. For example, it could be used with the Kirigakure no Jutsu for an "all-directions attack." The user could run in basically circles firing the needles towards the enemy for an invisible projectile attack.
Drawbacks/counters: Shields are a simple counter to the projectile, as well as fuuton jutsu as well to push it back. Doton shields are a likeable counter, as well as genjutsu for accuracy. Clones are easy counters as well, considering the amount of needles needing to be launched if there are clones.
Perform the technique: Patsuta weaves the three handsign's necessary for this jutsu. Rat. Dog. Ox. He focuses his Suiton chakra into his hand, and it creates a whip made out of water from his palm. He lashes the whip out, striking the dummy, slashing it in two. "Suiton: Suiben."
Creative uses/strengths: With the already stated lightning possibilities, a variety of combinations can be used. However, there are more than just lightning. The whip can also be used in conjunction with Doton jutsu, using rocks as spikes in the whip, or the water needles to do the same.
Drawbacks/counters: Lightning jutsu can be coursed through the whip, electrocuting the user of the whip easily. Large scale Katon jutsu as well as Fuuton and Doton jutsu will be effective against this jutsu as well.
Perform the technique:
Patsuta weaves his necessary handsigns. Ram, tiger. The chakra is concentrated into his lungs, and he manipulates its nature and form as he spews the sticky substance from out of his mouth. The substance covers the field, trapping insects and a snake into its syrupy mixture.
Creative uses/strengths: In conjunction with the Hidding in Mist technique, the user can lay down this jutsu while being covered in the Mist, allowing for control over the battlefield immediately. After which, the user can law down all sorts of jutsu without problem. Raiton can be used in conjunction with this technique as well, giving an electrocuted field. Katon jutsu also may pose a threat, if a mixture of oil and water (even though they don't mix, oil will be present) to set fire to the starch.
Drawbacks/counters: Doton can move the earth, allowing it to seep through and disappear over time. Raiton can be used against the user the same way it was used for the user. Trees don't help if they are present, as it gives the enemy and alternative to the ground.
