Perform the technique: Patsuta sets his tiger seal, sending his chakra out and gathering water around him i.e. a puddle. He shape-manipulates the Suiton chakra/water combo into another version of himself, creating a clone with a tenth of his original chakra. The clone sets out, and strikes the dummy with a Water Whip on its own.
Creative uses/strengths: Water clones can be used in conjunction with almost any jutsu, performing a flawless combination with oneself. (I would go into detail, but it would be way too long) Can also be used as a distraction or transformation or a substitution.
Drawbacks/counters: The drawback is the limit to its jutsu that it can use and the water aspect, making it weak to electricity indefinitely. Other than that, clones are fairly weak, so counters are numerous.

Perform the technique:Patsuta performs the correct hand seals for the next jutsu, taking water from a nearby creek. He uses his chakra to manipulate the water, shaping it into a large, compressed, water drill, splitting another dummy in two. "This is fairly easy."
Creative uses/strengths:A large variety of uses as well, which include, but aren't limited to: Raiton/Suiton combo, fuuton/Suiton combo, disctraction, defense, etc. It's an all around useful attack, so I see way to may uses. That's its biggest strength.
Drawbacks/counters: Defensive maneuvers and substitutions. It's biggest drawback is its need for a water source.

Perform the technique:After performing another Hidden in the Mist jutsu, Patsuta weaves the correct handsigns, setting the mist into a bright flash.
Creative uses/strengths: Can be used to completely blind an enemy, including a byakugan user. This will give any user the advantage, as long as he doesn't use it on him/herself.
Drawbacks/counters: short range, has to be used in conjunction with the hidden mist jutsu.

(Suiton: Suishoha) - Water Style: Water Shock Wave

Descripton: This technique allows the user after claping their hands together to make a spiralling vortex of water to form around them out of nowhere in a vortex like manner. The vortex then proceeds to cascade into an wave of water that rampages towards the intended target or all around. The size and power of the technique is dictated by the amount of chakra put into the technique, varying from C-rank to B-Rank.

A very flexible technique, the user will clap their hands together and create a vortex of water around themselves spiraling with great speed. The vortex is nice because it can act as a barrier and then after defending you can send the vortex towards the opponent as a exploding wave that dashes with great speed towards the opponent. After you send the wave it acts to push the opponent back, I like to send lightning towards it to increase potency of attack, it also covers a wide and long range. It can soak the opponent and change the terrain which you can use in your favor. The more chakra you add the stronger it gets as explained in the description. The wave moves fast and loud. Its easy to perform and does not need a water source nor any hand seals.


(Suiton: Ukojizai no Jutsu) - Water Style: Rain Tiger at Will Technique

Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird ? Rat ? Ox ? Monkey ? Rat ? Snake hand seals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

One of the most useful. After performing the required hand seals the area will begin to rain. The rain happens seconds after you perform the hand seals, the rain will begin to fall. The rain is connected with the users chakra. This allows the user to sense every movement that goes on instantly. Its great for a defense as well as anticipation of attacks. Its one of the best jutsus for defense so I recommend to always set it in the start of the battle. Don't be fool its sensory abilities is nice but you do not sense the opponent mold chakra, it does not go that far. You can though sense projectiles coming towards you since the rain is likely to hit them. Ways to stop this jutsu, is simply blow the clouds away.


(Suiton: Suirou No Jutsu) - Water Style: Water Prison

Description: This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water by waving the Snake ? Ram ? Horse ? Hare ? Ram ? Horse ? Hare ? Hands spread in front palms out. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. Water clones can be used in preparation for the technique, which block an opponent's attack and trap the attacker in the prison using the clone's own water.

A jutsu I like to use mainly with a clone in all honesty. The user will manipulate a water source or spew out some water and do the required hand seals. The water will shape into a condense sphere around the opponent. The water acts to suffocate the opponent and drown them. Its also hard to move because its pressurized water. You can even use it one yourself to block attacks. Its a great way to trap an opponent and make life difficult for him. A downside is you must always have a hand on the water sphere if not then the water is released and done. That is why its best used with a clone to keep his hands on the water. Its a handy jutsu and great to spring some traps.

As it swept passed it, the dummy was laying on the ground in a disfigured position.
Creative uses/strengths: This jutsu is an all power jutsu, requiring almost zero-precision or accuracy. The Water Shock Wave can easily be used in conjunction with Raiton, but is not it's only limit. An experienced Suiton master can use an elemental change or a clone to hide in the Shock wave, using whatever jutsu necessary after getting close to the enemy. One could also hide various amounts of stones or sharp sticks if the user is capable of utilizing Doton or Mokuton.
Drawbacks/counters: It being an all power jutsu, I can forsee this being fairly easy to dodge. A nice counter would be a jump, or a large scale Doton jutsu such as a wall to block it or a rift to suck it up.

Perform the technique: Patsuta weaves several handsigns. Tori-Ne-Ushi-Saru-Ne. He focuses his chakra into the air once more, "collecting it" into light Suiton chakra. Patsuta changes the form of the chakra into cloud like structures. The clouds form above, blotting out the sun. As they do, rain starts to fall from the clouds, connected to Patsuta's own chakra, allowing him to sense things around him.
Creative uses/strengths: In junction with the Hidden in Mist jutsu, this could be easily used as a detection function to allow for an easier attack strategy involving the first jutsu. Being another fantastic supplementary jutsu, this has many individual uses. It also manages to create a good deal of usable water supplies for the battlefield, allowing for easier use of other jutsu.
Drawbacks/counters: Fuuton will be its number one enemy, blowing it away. Other than that, there aren't many.

Perform the technique:Patsuta leaps to the dummy, weaving handsigns rather quickly. Mi-Hitsuji-Uma-U-Hitsuji-Uma-U. As he does, he focuses his chakra into his hand, creating a large sphere of water out of Suiton chakra around the dummy. The dummy floats around in the ball under Patsuta's mercy, as he continues to compress the chakra using his chakra control. The water starts to compact the dummy, causing it to become smaller and smaller.
Creative uses/strengths: To trap an enemy after using the combo of Kirigakure no jutsu and Rain Tiger at Will jutsu and Water Clone Jutsu. This will allow Patsuta to attack indefinitely with Suiton jutsu, or after learning Raiton, course electricity through the water sphere to electrocute the enemy.
Drawbacks/counters:The biggest drawback is to catch the enemy and to use the clone to be able to move freely. All of that takes time and preparation, making it fairly easy to counterattack. Raiton can be used to electrocute the user, and a heavy doton jutsu while inside will be able to break the trap.

Description: The user can freely transform his body into liquid. This form allows him to avoid taking direct damage from many physical attacks but can not attack while in this form.

A very good jutsu. If an opponent is coming in for attacks or sending basic projectile attacks they can turn their whole body into water as well as remain human shape. The attacks will simply go through the user leaving them unharmed. Now the water will have to form back into shape which takes a couple of seconds. Its easy to and fast to transform the body into water as well as back to human. Its great to get out of tough situations and use basic deception. You can't attack in this form but the most is you can run. I recommend never to use it with lightning jutsus, as well as any elemental jutsu. Just basic tai,ken,and weapon projectiles. It counts as a sub so you can only use it once as well as no more subs so use wisely.

Description: The user after performing Dragon → Tiger will summon a large amount of water that will then be used to strike at the opponent in several versatile ways. It has been known to transform it into a dragon with a gaping mouth to attack. The water used will be stationary till it is sent offensively toward the opponent.

A basic attack. The user will perform two hand seals and summon water from out of the air. The water used will be stationary till it is sent offensively toward the opponent. Though to use the tech you will use the water instantly. The user will manipulate the water and send it towards the opponent as a projectile. It turns into a dragon and acts to engulf the opponent. The dragon is very flexible but its overall simple and quick to perform.


(Suiton: Mizu Kamikiri) - Water Release: Rising Water Cutter

Description: After waving the Tiger hand seal the user slams his foot to the ground, causing water to rise up and travel towards his target as a slicing jet.

The user will perform one hand seal and slam their foot on the ground. This causes water to suddenly rise up and dash towards the opponent as a slicing jet. It has the force to cut through many attacks and its very fast moving as well. Its projectile based as well and remains the shape of a slicing jet during it duration towards the opponent. A simple wall is all that is needed to block or even shacking the ground where the water is based on so you can disrupt its shape and render it useless. Its awesome for combos as well since you can send many attacks at once since its a projectile and more of a set-up.

Perform the technique: Patsuta moves around, weaving a couple handsigns to initially use the jutsu. His body begins to quiver a little, and finishes the transformation process quickly. Patsuta's body structure starts shifting a little, but stays in its original form.
Creative uses/strengths: Not much to say, other than it being very very useful.
Drawbacks/counters: Electric weakness. It's drawbacks include that, as well as its ability to be only used once.

Perform the technique:Patsuta decides to leap in the air to perform this technique, trying to show off his ability to dodge attacks and cast one. He weaves two hand signs: Dragon-Tiger. Patsuta shifted his chakra from himself to the water in the air and changing it's shape into a massive dragon. The dragon was sent towards the dummy, pushing it back swiftly into the tree behind it with a loud, "THUNK."
Creative uses/strengths: Being an attacking jutsu, several ideas come to mind. Raiton is a great combination with this, as well as Doton. Doton can be used to add "spikes" or other heavy rocks that increase the damage of the dragon. Projectiles can also be flung in there to create a more dangerous dragon.
Drawbacks/counters: Easy to block with a high-caliber Doton jutsu.

Perform the technique:Patsuta moves his arms after completing the previous jutsu, weaving a single Tiger hand seal. Patsuta stamps his foot on the ground, releasing a jet wave of water towards the dummy that is still stuck to the tree. It moves at a very high speed, approaching the dummy quickly. The jet stream reaches, and slices the dummy in half cleanly. Patsuta smirks as he learns this jutsu.
Creative uses/strengths:Can be used as a distraction, or given increased speed with Fuuton jutsu. It is a very high speed chakra, so many attempts at attacking with it are many.
Drawbacks/counters: Small area and a projectile attack.

Descripton: A strong water wave spit from the mouth that is more compressed than Chaos Water Wave and can carve the earth if used on the same area multiply times.

A fast moving and performing projectile based technique. The user will gather suiton in their mouth then The user will send a condensed ball of water straight towards any area the user chooses. Its a very fast moving technique as well as powerful enough to push an opponent back. The technique is limited in range only up to mid range. Its very basic in what its purpose is as well as what its meant to be. Its combo friendly as well being able to send multiple attacks. Basic walls are simple enough to stop the ball since it is quite straightforward.


(Suiton: Seibun Hofutsu) - Water Style: Water Heavens Convergence

Description: After performing the required hand signs Tiger → Dog → Monkey → Snake → Boar → Tiger the user makes water rise from the ground and they can use this water in various ways. They can create a body of water for a water summoning to be encased in and allow them to move around where normally no water exists, or create a body of water to block incoming attacks or surround his target and then drown them.

Okay after performing that long list of hand seals. You will rise water from the ground which you can manipulate in a various of ways. First of all its a great arsenal for you to use. The amount of water summoned can allow you to use certain jutsus which require a water source if you don't all ready have one. You can encase a water summon around it to allow it to be in the field and move freely. You can use it to block attacks as well. Its a very handy jutsu to use and simple. Only a small amount is summoned so its not like you can use it to perform water jutsus that require a larger water source.


(Suiton: Suichuu Teigen no Jutsu) – Water Release: Underwater Motion Technique

Description: This Technique allows the user to properl themselves through a body of water by using their chakra. While underwater, this technique will also partially mask the users presence.
Note: Must be a large water source such as a lake to use.

Okay so this is a very basic and ordinary technique in all honesty. Its purpose is when the user is underwater they will propel themselves through the water by releasing their chakra throughout their body. This can also mask the users presence while underwater making it tough for the random ninja to find you but a sensory or dojutsu is able to. It can work for snick attacks and its handy when you are caught underwater. Its a fast jutsu to use and rather simple. Though this can only be used in water sources like rivers, lakes, oceans, etc.

Perform the technique: Patsuta stood facing the extremely beat up target, smirking at the damage he had done previously. Training had been coming along quite well, and now he had a new jutsu to perform. He wove several hand signs, focusing his chakra in his stomach and lungs, and shape shifting it into suiton chakra. Patsuta then inhales air, gathering suiton chakra in his mouth quickly. He finishes his hand-signs, releasing the water immediately. The water forms a small vortex, shooting towards the target and puncturing it through the "chest." Patsuta smiles again at another clean hit.
Creative uses/strengths:There are several ways to go about using this jutsu, and most of it involve combinations or "quick attacks." The Suiton can be used in conjunction with Fuuton and Raiton, fuuton increasing it's overall puncturing strength, and raiton increasing its overall damage and effect. On top of that, one may be able to use this attack with a poison (if kept stored inside mouths) and using the cuts the jutsu gains as entry wounds for said poison. Other than that, the jutsu has no other "creative" uses.
Drawbacks/counters: A couple drawbacks include: Walls, Doton moves, and other various "strong" chakra natures (mokuton, etc.) It also lacks an high amount of damage, relying on combinations to improve its overall strength.

Perform the technique:Patsuta continued his smile, as he prepared himself for his next jutsu. He weaves his hand signs fairly quickly. "Tora-Inu-Saru-Mi-I-Tora." He concentrates his chakra around him, changing it into Suiton chakra. The chakra carried water around, forming a medium-sized pond in front of Patsuta.
Creative uses/strengths:On top of it being used to fuel certain suiton jutsu, it can also be used as a trap of sorts in conjunction with raiton or various other toolls and such that can be thrown from the water. It's also an easy defense to katon jutsu, and various lower ranking doton and fuuton jutsu.
Drawbacks/counters:Raiton jutsu, high-ranking fuuton jutsu for attackk, and high ranking doton jutsu can just move it out of the way. It does not have that many weaknesses, but it's not THAT strong of a jutsu.

Perform the technique:Patsuta smiles widely, eager to test this new jutsu out. It was one that he had dreamed of, since it allowed for extremely fast swimming. He ran towards the river/pond, and leaped in, causing a large splash to touch the nearby beach. Patsuta poured his chakra through his hands and feet, propelling him through the river/pond with a rapid speed.
Creative uses/strengths:Can be used in conjunction with water-source Suiton jutsu, and possibly for a variety of other surprise attacks. Can also be used for an underwater assault.
Drawbacks/counters:Can only be used in large bodies of water, and is unusable outside of such.

Description: the user will produce a fairly powerful jet of water from the user's hand.

Not much to really talk about here. Its very fast to perform and simple as well. the user will release a set of water from the palm of their hands towards the opponent. It has an impact property forcing them back which makes its main purpose is close range battle which is actually very handy. Its also good to douse out certain fire attacks and clear away smoke.


(Suiton: Suishi no Jutsu) – Water Drowning Technique

Description: After waving the Boar → Dog → Horse → Tiger hand seals, the user will gather a large amount of water to form a large spiraling stream of water. It can be guided to strike a target in a number of angles.

Another basic but very flexible attack. After performing the required hand seals they will manipulate a water source to create a streaming water which can be guided by the opponents chakra while maintaining complete focus on it. It can hit a number of targets as well as act as a barrier. You must maintain focus on it but its a handy jutsu. Due to its mobility it can move through tight spaces and hit in angle most would find difficult.

Note: Must be performed on a water source

A surprise attack jutsu, while your opponent is standing on top of a water source. With manipulation of the water under the opponent, the user will create a whirlpool which will suck everything in range, that includes yourself if you are caught so be weary. It is considered a jutsu for distractions and set up mainly for attacks. You're opponent must be on a water source.
