form the Dragon and Tiger seals and summon a large amount of water from thin air, you can form it into a dragon or make it stay in one place for later use or attack in other ways you can think of.

I quickly form the two seals and a large ball of water begins forming above me, as the source grows large enough it shapes into a huge dragon that curls around me in a defensive manner.

Something as strong as Gian would just destroy the water rather then combine, another weak point as well is that you need to stomp the ground to release it so a time to counter is when your foot is coming down they could make a spike or hole to disrupt you.

after forming the Tiger, Dog, Monkey, Snake, Boar and Tiger seals you use your chakra to make water rise from the ground which you can then control to your will, you can create a body of water for a summoning, or use it to block attacks or surround an opponent for example.

I weave the six seals needed and a body of water rises from the ground, I pull out a random fish from my pocket and throw it into the water as the water keeps the shape of a fish tank and you can see the fish swim around inside it.

I start to manipulate the suiton chakra around me out of thin air. I then use that gathered up chakra to form a large shark made out of water. When finished, i am able to control the shark to do my bidding.

well not so much weak points as lack of overall power, C rank and doesn't go to long range but in itself is just helpful if you need a C rank water jutsu on the go.

While in water/underwater release some of your chakra around you and some into your body, the chakra in your body will fuel your muscles and let you swim faster and the chakra around you will mask your presence by letting you move through the water easier and without so much physical strain it won't cause as much of a water disturbance.

Hard to see underwater so not much of a reason to demonstrate

I dive in the lake near our trainign spot. While underwater, I use my Suiton chakra to propel me about 7m in distance. My speed underwater is rather fast using this jutsu.

I start this jutsu by focusing my mind in order to perform it right. I then hold my hands like im about to perform a kamehameha. I focus my suiton chakra into my hands and erupt a jet of water that drenches our field rapidly.

A clone goes to stand on the water and suddenly the water beneath his feet starts spinning quickly and he is dragged to his death. Another clone runs out to replace him once the whirlpool ends.

I start this jutsu by weaving the required handseals, Boar → Dog → Horse → Tiger, and create a stream of water that spirals. I guide the it to first strike a rock and then tohit a tree at two spots by seperating it.

I weave the 3 seals and a black mist is seen condensing out of thin air high in the sky. The mist converges into one point to form a cloud that floats down without sound and once above a tree changes from a cloud into a mass of oil that splashes down covering it in oil. I then toss a kunai coated in fire chakra at the base of the tree to land in the oil which causes the oil to ignite and light the whole tree on fire.

Description: After performing the required hand seals Boar → Dog → Ram the user creates a waterfall by developing spring water in a place without water veins and manipulating the resulting water current to form a wave. This is a very convenient technique as it can be used for training or relaxation. On the other hand, because it changes the environment on a large scale, it also has the effect of hiding one's location from the enemy by confusing them. The width of the water source, waterfall, and basin can be expended, as long as the user continues to send chakra in.

Form the Boar, Dog and Ram seals and release a large amount of water chakra into the ground to create a water source that is normally a wave unless you use it on a higher level of land which would result in a waterfall. You can also expand the width of the wave at will if you send more chakra into it.

I slam my hands to the ground and cause a plateau to raise nearby. I then weave the 3 seals and after a few moments the newly formed construct has become a waterfall with a basin of water at the bottom. When you are ready I then cause the water to dry up allowing you to try forming your own.

Being that you are in Kiri now I might as well teach you this XD Form the Ram, Dog and Rat seals and send your water chakra into the clouds to cause it to quickly begin to rain. The chakra infused in the rain drops will eat away at other exposed chakra and weaken techniques as the rain falls.

I weave the 3 seals and it begins to rain, to demonstrate I form a rasengan in my hand and as the rain falls you can see the spiraling sphere slowly shrinking as the rain eats it away.

Since the rest of this was hard for me to do ill do good in performing.

I run at my sensei and throw a right jab at his chest then follow with a left hook to his dome. While he is staggering I hit him with a front kick that sends him into the air. While he is in the air, I channel my suiton chakra into my right hand and swing my arm in an arc, releasing a crescent that slams my teacher into the ground.

I then wake up and Sarutobi says
"IT WAS ALL A DREAM" *biggie voice*
