I was wondering when everyone watches naruto episodes weekly, anyone notice lines through the video and also when the background moves sometimes it skips not like the frames are really low, but like if Naruto is standing still and then the camera spans over to another character in the same scene it skips mulitple times when the camera moves? I've noticed this issue on VLC, WMP12 and 11 (using XP, Vista and 7... never seemed to understand why? Anyone else experience this? Ill try to post some screens and video later when i can. Any suggestions?
(note: I have noticed the camera skipping on all animes actually but only Naruto seems to have the lines issues...)
