Kishimoto doesn't let them develop enough. Hell, I don't like any of them, just because I don't know them well enough. Apart from maybe Sakura, but I don't like her.

As far as pure fighting prowess, none of them are that interesting. As stand alone characters, I don't mind Hinata because she's got a very normal problem. Y'know, most people can at least relate to her.
Sakura is still haunted by the way she was in the first half of Naruto. Naruto learning Sage Mode basically negates the "brute force" part that made her cool during the Sasori fight.
TenTen isn't even a character to me. She's like an accessory that happens to be owned by Neji, like a hat or something.
Anko could turn out to be cool, but she hasn't gotten enough air time yet.
Ino is another one of those accessories, like a purse. Nothing too interesting about her, but she's teamed up with Shikamaru and Asuma. Same goes for Kurenai.
Temari gets points for actually being able to fight in the first half of Naruto. As a character, she's more like Ino and Tenten. In fairness, I would call her a scythe. At least she's dangerous.
I REALLy like Konan. The way she fights, the backstory, everything. She's probably my favorite girl right now. Tsunade gets an honorable mention (she's a Sannin after all). The past that she has deserves to be acknowledged and she's the original medic nin. Nuff said.

I hate all of the leaf girls there all annoying apart from Hinata I like the girls from the other villages Tamari, Karui, Mizukage, Samui they got better personalities & look better Karui a bit to much like sakura but I like her the most
