Minato's mark disappeared when Obito became a jin. Torbirama tagged him but it's already been shown that you can't use someone else's tag without their cooporation

There were two instances I believe in two separate chapters where Tobirama and Minato had to combine attacks because they needed to use each other's FTG. I believe in one of them Tobirama even specifically asks to "borrow his hiraishin" or something along those lines, proof that one can't use another man's FTG mark on their own

It was speed. If it was FTG, Kishi would have put a hint like showing Kakashi still walks with his kunai for example(something doubtful) or even made a reference about it

Minato was already a million miles faster on foot and with FTG.

He never marked Kakashi, he saved kakashi on foot vs that shinobi, he then marked his foot in the process (that shinobi's foot).

I doubt Kakashi still remembers to carry that kunai.

Minato mark doesn't work on Obito without using Tobirama (Minato didn't mark Obito, Tobirama did and they had to exchange in order to do that which isn't possible without Tobirama)

You underestimate the fastest character in the manga/series, Obito called him by his nickname when he saved Naruto from a air kunai assassination (it was on foot) Minato gets his name from the FTG most of the time.

Minato is literally a bad@ss:

He found an island, placed a kunai there, warped to Killer Bee as the huge TBB was coming, warped it to the island, and warped to the kunai he threw down from somewhere high (it landed at an angle) (all at once while the TBB was coming at a super speed)

That was purely speed. No FTG involve. If Minato managed to place a kunai at the ocean for teleporting the blast miles away from the battlefield then that distance between him and kakashi is just too short for him. Dat Minato! In a real fight, even that distance don't mean a thing to Minato. He still blitz..

Of course his base speed is faster, Obito praised Minato's based speed when he saved baby Naruto. Wasn't FTG cause the only person he can teleport to was Naruto since they shared chakra. Kakashi wasn't marked, he had a Kunai which Minato gae him but it was a gift so no reason for Kakashi to use it when it given to him also to let Minato know when Kkashi needs help.
