Was there another way for Minato and Kushina to be alive?

Wrong, during Minato and Kushina died back then, he used Eight Trigrams to seal the other half of Kyuubi inside Naruto, while the other half got sealed inside him by the help of RDS.

Minato used RDS first to divide the kyuubi and after that used eight tetragram seal to seal what was left in naruto. He doubted naruto could handle 100% kyuubi that's why he used RDS to seal half of the kyuubi first. Eight tetra gram seal doesn't kill the user RDS does. If he only used eight tetragram seal he would have survived

If you are talking about the seal he was trying to place inside Naruto was another one, and that seal was like a chakra transfer. I know it sounds crazy, but it is like when you transfer your chakra to another person. It is just like he uses FTG on a person by contact without telepprting himself except of that person who gets teleported.

No it wasn't like chakra transfer, obito used it as well and a new seal appeared on naruto's stomach when he did it. It was simply a jutsu to seal tailed beasts. Obito and minato using the same jutsu shows it was meant to be a technique that seals tailed beasts.

Minato knows how to seal bijuu without RDS, remember he knew several uzumaki seals. He only used RDS to divide the kyuubi

I ask if u can proof that Minato used same Jutsu during Kyuubi atk.
Trasfering friendly Kurama which is inside u is different from capture and seal figting Kyuubi inside something....

I never said he did, I said minato could have used that jutsu if he believed nartuto could handle 100% kyuubi.

The jutsu would seal any kurama friendly or otherwise, kurama never fought against BZ showing that he couldn't due to the strength of the seal.

However, in your second phrase, am I misunderstanding something here? If Minato attempted to seal his other half of Kyuubi inside Naruto, but Minato sealed it into Black Zetsu instead, but it was no sealing on his stomach.
Minato tried to seal the Kyuubi who was inside him into Naruto, that was like a chakra transfer. Obito in the other hand transferred the Kyuubi into Naruto from Black Zetsu, because Kyuubi wasn't on Obito's stomach.

I agree that Minato seperated Kyuubi by the help of RDS, however the weird part was that how could he used KCM and BM when he once used RDS on Kyuubi and sealed it inside himself, wasn't it supposed to be sealed forever?

Or did Minato also used Eight Trigrams on himself as well?

Nah i dont think that the Jutsu would work,otherwise Minato would use it and sealed it in himself and survived(it was hard for him to handle 50%,probably 100% isnt posible) or he would seal it back to Kushina and saved her...but that was not posible, RDS was the only chance and Minato used it....
