^^^ people use this piece of shit excuse to try and justify the asspull that is izanami. the purpose of izanami doesn't even make sense.. its made to counter izanagi but izanagi can do nothing but bring you back to life at the cost of an eye... why would you need a counter for something so unnecessary that also costs you an eye..? how can one even go made with power with izanagi you can only use it twice at most.. the **** does it need a counter for beside by the time you finish preparing izanami they already lost an eye xD

Yes it is. Let me answer your question with a question. Why did Kabuto want to join Obito? For Sasuke right? Well Sasuke was right there in front of him yet Kabuto was fighting to keep Edo Tensei up. All he had to do was recoffin the Edo's still free such as Madara, Chiyo, and Kimimaru then end Efo Tensei and Itachi would be gone neg diff. Kabuto would solo Sasuke with white noise and using his medical ninjutsu to render Sasuke unconscious ( he done so to Kiba with his medical ninjutsu). Oh and he would have been able to coffin the Edo Jinchuuriki giving him the Bijuus since they were his Edo's and he allowed Obito to use them.

So Kabuto would have ended the war early on and go into hiding as he conducts whatever experiment he wants to with Sasuke and the Sharingan. We probably would get Kabuto in Sasuke's body with all of the abilities Kabuto had from Karin, Suigetsui, Orochimaru, and the sound 5. Probably will be a time skip where he conducts those experiments and learn to use Sasuke's body and power.

Also how is Izanami going to be able to be used without Senju DNA when it's pair requires Senju DNA? Having both DNA is what gives Izanagi it's power yet plot deems one of the pair to be on the same level but not require the same requirement? Another plot hole was that Sasuke and Itachi could move their heads to look at each other and even talk when they were under the sound genjutsu that paralyzes the body. Shikamaru couldn't talk or move an inch, he had to make his shadow break his finger to break out. Kabuto is powering up that sound genjutsu with Senjutsu which means it's much stronger than what Tayuya used.

Izanami was clearly explained and had a basis is shinto religion as well as a connection to izanagi. It was the furthest thing from an asspull. Don't be upset because Itachi and Sasuke were the ones to win their battle.

I agree with everything, but not the part about sasuke, not sure if he was even sure you could call it a win for him unless surviving while your brother put it down as a win.

Your saying this all in hindsight after itahci has already used izanami

Kabuto was the walking embodiment of everything a person could need while fighting against the sharingan.
The fight was firmly in his control given the fact there abilities were useless and he knew even if they could they still wouldn't kill him under itachi's orders.


Itachi pointed by kabuto several times during the fight and before while he was with nagato that he was completely different than the rest and seeing how the fight ended kabuto was not wrong.

This is why he went after itachi.
Going after sasuke was useless when his brother was right there.

Uchiha who use izanagi do go mad with power there is an anime that shows it also u forget that same uchiha would then try to steal another's eye thus izanami made for uchiha who would sacrifice their eye to help the izanagi craved lun

Well back then you could use Izanagi on a fellow Uchiha and then when they think you are dead, suddenly stab them through the back and then take their eyes and be able to use it over and over. It would then make the uchiha or whoever is using think they are unbeatable and rampage, only way to stop them is to use Izanami which would trap them until they realized their wrong doing and completely change stopping the cycle of Izanagining
