You're not getting it. Yes, they're the same series, what's your point? Series have seasons. Naruto has seasons. Why does this even matter? Sakura protecting Naruto and Sasuke matters, referring to what? Im lost. If you're saying this is evidence she loves Naruto, no it isn't. The most we know is that she cares for Naruto, as Naruto cares for all his friends. We don't know if he loves Sakura, at most we know that he likes Sakura. But again none of these points prove anything; hell, nothing in this series proves anything. My ultimate point is that anything can happen, and each pairing isn't more likely than the other.

Naruto rejected Sakura's advance at the Kage Summit. He said he dislikes it when people deceive themselves. Sakura for her part isnt over Sauce. Naruto -> Sakura shipping is dead. I said it, and it's true.

Naruto and Sakura are part of a team,they're teamates - they have been for years.They spent so much time together and went through alot together.Many missions,life and death battles,they hang out on their time off,have fought side by side.Who's been there on alot of Naruto's missions? Land of Waves? Forest Of Death,Konoha Invasion,Rescue Gaara,Search for Sasuke,Search for Itachi - all those missions and experiences from them plus other times we've seen them together.Hinata wasn't there - minus the Search for Itachi.Hinata didn't have a personal connection with Naruto until she fought Neji - even then Sakura was miles ahead of her.Also keep in mind Team 7 obvoiusly had off screen missions together aswell.

Hinata fangirling over Naruto isn't enough for them to be a couple.Nor is Hinata one sidedly liking Naruto the whole story.Sakura and Naruto have both expressed their feelings for each other.

Wordplaying with the new chapter deosn't make NaruHina - it deosn't confirm it or beat everything throughout the story that's beem shown.Yeah Naruto held her hand - Which was to share chakra with her and after that,what happened?

He started to talk about finding a girl like his Mom and changed the subject.He didn't complete his sentence,instead he hesistated,paused then said "Anyway! I haven't been able to do everything" When he said everything it wasn't neccessarily finding a girl like his mom,it was about not following everything she said, - make good grades,take baths everyday etc but the NaruHina fans want to make it seem like he was talking about finding a girl like his mom.


Naruto didn't say he didn't find a girl like her,or that he did but he likes a girl that's not like her.

Notice how when he's talking to his dad he can say Sakura's his girlfriend,but when talking to his mom(he wanted Minato to tell Kushina what he was saying) - he couldn't directly call Sakura his girlfriend.Is it strange that a boy would be more willing to tell his Dad he has a girlfriend than his Mom?

Realistically, the last time Minato asked about Sakura, Naruto talked about her as kinda his girlfriend- but nothing official, as he knows Sakura doesn't feel love towards him- maybe never will. Naruto could have taken Sakura as his gf when Sakura made a fake confession, but Naruto is not so shalllow- he wants to conquer Sakura's heart. He is just not there yet- but he is "trying his best"- as he said.

It may have a double meaning- but it'd mean in my interpretation that Naruto just didn't want to tell his dead father that he didn't choose a girl like Kushina, when Minato was so excited that Naruto has Sakura, who resembles Kushina a lot. Now it'd be rather gross...if Naruto had lied to his dying father who will convey a fake message to Kushina in the other world...

However, I think there may not be pairings at all. If Naruto will end up with Hinata, it won't be because it was so obvious from the beginning. It will be because Sakura ditched him. And there is a saying, 'If there is no horse, a mule will be fine as well.' But that'd be too shallow of Naruto. So I'd rather expect him to be like Jiraiya, who always loved Tsunade, but respected her feelings for Dan, and stayed out of the picture.

Also, think about it. Like, how much time has Naruto spent with Hinata, and how much with Sakura? Obviously he spent more time with Sakura, now add that from day 1, Naruto liked her, and draw the conclusion. He has no romantic feelings for Hinata- at least now, and I doubt Kishi will care to continue the series for long enough just to bring Naruto and Hinata together. The only moment when Naruto could have fallen for Hinata, was when Neji died- but then again, I don't think Naruto is so shallow that he'd change his feelings in a few minutes.
