If Obito's genjutsu can control full kyuubi, I don't see why Itachi's Tsukiyomi can't control even 4 tails?

If Naruto get more anger, the seal would be in process of weakening and it would let Kurama's chakra to leak out of the seal and have control over Naruto.

I don't think they were necessarily "afraid" of Jiraiya. But I believe they new that he was a Sannin and someone that they couldn't defeat at the time— and that, if they did fight, they would lose.

You dont simply "deal" with Lord Jiraiya. Itachi & Kisame where not scared, but they where not stupid either, they knew a fight with Lord Jiraiya would be a deadly one. Lord Jiraiya killed 4 Pains on his own withouth any pre knowledge, Nagato said if Lord Jiraiya knew about the rinnegan secrets he would have won the fight.... Enough said.

I dont think jiraiya could 2v1 itachi and kisame, even in the best of conditions. However in a 1v1 scenario, Jiraiya is pretty fcking clutch, he would definitly beat kisame the majority of the time. Id say it would be 50/50 vs itachi, thats hard to judge but would be awesome to watch.
