So it's established that the Tobi that orchestrated everything malicious in part II is Obito (at least in form and appearance; we don't know for sure yet). But was it really this Obito that fought Minato all those years back?
I mean... there have been theories going around that Tobi isn't actually a single person, but an idea --- a character whose shoes are filled by different shinobi at different times.
SO...IMO, the very fact that Kishi has revealed Tobi to be Obito is proof in itself that the masked man who fought (and lost) to Minato was in fact not Obito because the timeline simply doesn't make sense (and I do not believe time-travelling is canon)!
