this is still weird for me.. WB was said to be the strongest man in the world at that time.. I mean its not like Kaido just came to kill WB quick and leave again without any wounds.. he must have had some kind of plan and motive..

I think both of them retreated since they said "it wasn't a large battle" and Shanks arrived at marineford, hours after without a scratch..

He didnt lose probably they ended the discssion with words, they're both yonko's so shanks couldnt just beat him there and head for marineford with out a scratch...

OT: Probably an deal with kaido and govt, since if kaido would go vs whitebead in some way he would delay WB and they would probably execute ace without having to fight WB, but we must wait maybe leater it will be revealed ......

What did ever shanks do to kaido lol why would he take on another yonko, i dont know kaido's power but if they fought kaido would barely get out of it or get killed, this is the same case as with sengoku, sengoku wanted to fight WB but when shanks came he gone, why would he really fight shanks if his goal is complete, so probably no plot plot fruit lol.

Kaido's plan was to beat WB, he would not have been able to if he had an all out war with Shanks first.

Well they are yonko for a reason even if any of the yonko's wouldnt be able to beat WB but they would push him to his limits before they lose since i think Wb is slightly stronger than the yonko's....
