Yes .. there could be more people .Itachi did massacre all of them so no proof that they were the only persson .. He mentioned two people still alive have MS not the only people who awakened them..

Also Fugaku avoided the topic of MS to sasuke he said Sasuke will learn it later . Whether MS has certain training for Uchiha to get it there is no clue to this.

Dunno there is no proof that Shisui was the only person .. Itachi mentioned after Uchiha Massacre that two people awakened MS are alive that was obito and himself .. The interesting fact is he never mentioned Shisui MS.. We got know his MS from Itachi using that crow on naruto nothing else ..

There's proof in that after Shisui's death and Itachi showing them he had MS- the reaction of the clan members. They were astonished.

Not only that, but when Itachi was fighting Kabuto, the latter said that one of the reasons the former was special was because he awakened MS during his generation.

In the databooks, for many Uchiha members it states what they had. Izuna, Madara, Sasuke, Obito, Itachi, and Shisui are the only ones that have it under their profiles. At least out of the ones listed.

That's enough to know it was just Shisui and later Itachi as far as the clan knew.

There's only training to master the techs, not awaken the eye itself. MS becomes apparent under emotional trauma from losing a dear one.

Yes this is the only reason Fugaku never appreciated or inclined to discuss further ..

Shisui MS was probably due to Kagami's death i think ,he must have died in war i guess . Got the emotional Trauma seeing it and released his MS..

No, it does not.

In the 3rd databook, it confirms that everything Itachi told Sasuke during their fight were fabrications.

It is a fact that MS is awakened by either a) Killing the one closest to you or b) Witnessing the death of the one closest to you.

He didn't have MS. He just had 3-tomoe. Fugaku knew of Shisui's and Itachi's MS eyes since they showed them to him. The 3-tomoe users in the clan know what MS is since on the Nakano Shrine tablets, it says how to achieve it (death of a close one). They way the tablets work is that you can read a little more each eye power you advance. (Ex: 3-tomoe users read how to get MS---> MS users read how to get EMS--->EMS users read how to get Rinnegan--->Rinnegan users read how to achieve IT.) Some clan members with 3-tomoe, Fugaku included, read up to the MS part.

Shisui was stated to have the strongest genjutsu of his time, then he died. Itachi surpassed Fugaku at shurikenjutsu at age 10 and by the time he was 13 it was so obvious even an 8 year old like Sasuke could see it. Then Fugaku's 13 year old son certainly surpassed him upon awakening MS once Shisui died in front of him.

You're right, it's not embarrassing. But it does make it clear that his power level doesn't compare to the 4 Uchiha part 2 elaborated on (Itachi, Sasuke, Obito, Madara). The guy isn't anything to brag about.

He and Mikoto would have to know. How would they not realize a clan slaughter was going on when they were awake and noticed their son's behaviour had completely changed?

He's definitely not fodder, but he was weaker than his elder son at that time.

The only Uchiha in possession of Senju DNA are Madara and Obito. The clan itself didn't gather it, nor did they have it. The much earlier generations gathered Senju DNA (ie: War arc era).

Mikoto confirmed it's done by birthright when she said that Itachi would have to be in charge simply because he's older:

This is pretty accurate. He didn't have MS- even by his own admission he said only a few in the clan's history have awakened it:

"It is said it can only be awakened under special conditions." -The "It is said" part denotes he just heard of how to awaken it... he didn't actually confirm himself how to get MS and thus did not have it.

He's listed as a Jounin. That's his power. U_U
