The Sasuke that fought Rock Lee is much weaker and slower than the one who fought in the Chunin exams against Gaara.
Once Sasuke obtained Lee's speed he can obviously counter him with just 2T. Lee said Sasuke couldn't earlier because his body wasn't fast enough to do anything about it.
Since Sasuke = Lee in speed. Sasuke easily reads him with Sharingan and counters accordingly. CM just makes the win even easier/faster

Thats the thing, it goes back to the number of disadvantages Sasuke is at when he uses his CM1 along with "Lee level Taijutsu". In order for Sasuke's body to react to Lee's assault and dodge, he would have to move at a pace great or as fast as Lee's unweighted speed, which is something Sasuke can't continue to do.Thats a manga fact. In the end it all comes down to speculation and ultimately a "What-if" scenario. Which is, Can Sasuke get the fight over with quickly with his Chidori? In my honest opinion i don't think Lee would blindly get hit by Chidori or not be able to dodge it, OR direct it to a point of his body that wont be fatal IF he is hit. Which is the point i was trying to get across to that other guy before he got in his feelings and started being disrespectful. This isn't something like BSM Naruto vs someone Like Part Two Neji, those are entirely different realms of power. CM1 and Unweighted Lee are in the same realm of strength, atleast in my opinion.

Look. Sasuke was stated by Gai and Lee to have the same speed as Lee w/o his weights on.
As I said before Sasuke DOESNT have to be on the offence, there's no reason too especially when he has long range options in the form of Fire ball jutsu, & Shuriken jutsu.
As opposed to Lee who Only has Taijutsu. Sasuke at that point in time already moved as fast as Lee, so with the Sharingan he'll have no trouble reacting blocking or countering. When Sasuke uses his Curse seal his physical attributes get buffed so he'll be stronger than he already was and faster. Chidori will be coming for Lee and with Sasuke's Sharingan he won't be able to dodge it given Sasuke will easily outpace him.
Its all speculation, OFC Sasuke doesn't have to use as much Stamina since he has his sharigan. But he still has to go at a pace faster or as fast as Lee to react and dodge. And like i said before he simply can't continue for long periods of time. Sasuke can't keep spamming fireball jutsu's and we all know Lee would be able to dodge and virtually keep that up forever. Lee has the most Stamina out of all the genins in part 1

It's an easy concept man. Also Sasuke with his 2T could dodge (albeit almost barely) One Tail Gaara who became faster than him and Rock Lee. And yet Gaara still got hit by Fire ball jutsu and Chidori. Unless you bring some magical scans proving Lee can somehow dodge Chidori from Sasuke using his Sharingan and CM your argument is null.
Also I disagree if any of the genin had the most stamina in part 1 it was easily Naruto for obvious reasons.
I could say the same thing. Unless you bring up scans that prove Rock Lee can't then this argument is pointless. Like i said before this is all speculation. Adding on to the fact that Gaara was nowhere near in his right mind when he fought sauske in that forest. He was trying to not get overtaken by Shukaku at that point. We'll have to agree to disagree. Your arguement was better than the last guy though.
After looking at that scan Gaara didn't even attempt to dodge his attakcs. Especially Chidori.

Nekka still thinks Lees pace is going to mean something against someone who can react to his movements. Still ignoring the fact Lee only said that because Sasuke has to run around in circles to avoid Gaaras sand. Taijutsu is cqc Sasuke has multiple opportunities to kill Lee and won't be wasting stamina running around in circles at a full speed sprint.

What a dumbass. this guy probs think Sasuke will get winded with just a few exchanges with Lee. He also probs think ninjas move at full speed the entire time outside of trying to blitz the opponent. SHow me one cqc showdown where opponents are moving at a full sprint speed the entire fight.
