Until you counter my points on the last page which was Sasuke hitting One Tail Gaara with fire ball jutsu (which you claimed wouldn't touch Lee), and Chidori, right after he got so fast Sasuke could barely dodge him with his sharingan. We have nothing to say.
I agree that Sasuke needs CM to beat Neji however.

CM is senjutsu so that speaks volumes on the boost it gives.
Lee w/o weights slaughtered pre Kakashi training Sasuke but can barely dodge that sound jutsu.
Pre Kakashi training Sasuke nowhere near Lees speed dodged their fastest attack effortlessly while carrying his teammates because of just a pure c1 boost.
What are Sasukes limits or are you going to keep posting the same stupid scan without going to where he was tired from battle?
PLease tell me how those limits are such a hinderance he still manhandled the Gaara Lee failed to defeat even wit gates.
How would his stamina be hindered against Lee when they wont be running around in circles like Sasuke against Gaara.
How would his stamina be hindered if Lee has to engage Sasuke in cqc giving Sasuke multiple opportunities to strike him with Chidori.
How would Lee evade an opponent in CM who is faster and stronger than him and Lee primarily relies on CQC to do battle.
Now watch you avoid all these arguments with the same lame scan that has been debunked from this argument countless times. you wont dare touch one of these points because you trying hard to save face.
You think a 1-tail Gaara is faster than An Unweighted Lee? Sasuke in that scan you provided had 2-tomoe. Last time i checked a weighted Lee wrecked Sasuke with 2-tomoe because his bod couldn't keep up.
